Pretty well. The main negative is that the invoice was not detailed to show matterials and labor. The worker sometimes arrives in clothing that is heavily torn and nearly falling off. This gives an unprofessional appearance.

I sent an e-mail and left a phone message to determine if he could do this work, and to ask questions about how he charges. I received no reply after several days.

He has done a variety of work for me. He calls us back very promptly, within an hour two or later. He is always on schedule and on time and if he isn't going to make it on time he calls, which is rare.
