Michael began by giving an accurate estimate of all work that was requested. He then accompanied us to various tile stores to give advice on different tiles/stone. He gave an estimated time of 3 weeks to completion, but actually took 5 weeks due to add-on jobs and that he is a perfectionist and spent extra time assuring that everything was perfect. Throughout the job, he would make suggestions along the way of change in design and had great instincts of how to constantly make it better. He is reliable, showed up for work every day. Michael has great people skills, was very enjoyable to work with.
