I've used GoldenWest Management, Inc for two years and since the beginning their communication is really bad. They don't keep me abreast of issues that are going on with the property and they don't follow up or follow through on issues. I've lost two tenants so far and I'm pretty sure it's because of their handling of communication of issues that are going on. A tenant will report a problem and it will take them a month or two to resolve the issue. I can't tell you what a constant headache GoldenWest Management, Inc has been to me. They don't make it hassle free for me at all. The property is vacant right now so I don't plan on using them again because I'm going to start managing it myself.
