He did an excellent job. They did some trimming. They aerated our grass in the backyard. We have a boatload of grass. He also replaced one drip valve and three lawn valves and then they replaced all the emitters for the irrigation system. We have a lot of grass; we have full grown trees, stubble and lots of bushes and shrubs and palm. It would include all the trimming and like the cleanup, mowing of the grass, any fertilizing so he was really reasonable we thought. He sent us pictures after he did our yard, which we thought was great. He sent us pictures of what he did and when he did the irrigation, when he replaced it. He left all the older parts for us to look at. His crew did a really great job. We can’t say enough about him. We had a lot of things done because we are paying for the new controllers in there. He installed 100 irrigation controllers. They aerated the backyard. They did all those drip valves and they did the maintenance the total came up to around $700. Like I said it is pretty unfair to put that in there because not everybody is going to need all that done. I can give you the exact what they would do for the $60 for the biweekly visit. They trimmed the bushes and plants. They mowed and etched the grass. They would remove the weeds and spray. They trimmed the trees up to 6 feet from the ground up. They would blow and rake the rack and check and adjust all the irrigation system as needed that is what they would do. We had several emails going back and forth. They came on the day they said they would come and completed the job. Joe was very nice. He was really easy to talk to so I would give him an “A”.

PAT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND OFFERED A NUMBER OF GOOD SUGGESTIONS. HE TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED TO DO WITH THE CURBING AND THEN CAME OUT AND DELIVERED IT PERFECTLY. OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP.
