I'm having follow-up issues. I had three estimates and it was on par with everyone else. I didn't want to pay that much, but it is what they charge here. It wasn't the work. It was the products they sold to me. The work that was done by the subs was great. The subs were fantastic. The actual guys who came in to do the work were fantastic. It was just the contractor. They were punctual when I finally got a hold of them. They were professional. There was one person in their office that wasn't very professional.

It went well. I was able to buy the supplies I needed and they did all of the labor and installation. The detail of the tile work in the shower was amazing. They left the work area spotless. When I get enough money together, I will be calling on their services for future projects.
