Every person plays a specific role with one goal in mind: create a wonderful experience for you the customer. The real estate industry is made up largely of single agents who have to manage every part of a real estate transaction themselves and as a result the average realtor in the Phoenix area only sells about 6 homes a year. It’s simply too big a job to do exceptionally well on your own. Instead of this old approach we have adopted a team model with our clients in mind. Each member of our team has a specific role and set of skills that serves our clients in unique ways. So relax and take it easy! My wife and I hired Gluch Group to get us into a home better suited for our growing family. Simultaneously buying and selling can be messy and stressful. We knew exactly who to call since we had bought a home through John previously. What used to be ‘John Gluch’ is now ‘The Gluch Group’- a whole team of individuals with different skill sets all working toward a common goal. We were excited to see how this team process worked, and because we trusted John so much, we knew that we would not be disappointed!
We worked closely with Brad, Justin, and Jeremy- who exceeded our expectations over and over again. Though the process seemed daunting with all of the deadlines and inspection periods, these agents had everything lined up perfectly. We felt comfort knowing that we didn’t have to know everything, and happily left the hard work to the experts!
Additionally, Justin’s confidence and excitement about getting us into our new home was exactly what we needed- an agent who was fighting for us, and reminded us what we were fighting for. Buying a home, especially with a child and baby on the way, is a significant and important transition. Gluch Group gets that. We honestly felt like we had a team of people backing us and cheering us on. Now, we are happily settled into our new home in Tempe, and we are so grateful to have worked with The Gluch Group. We chose Gluch Group because we kept seeing their signs in the Biltmore area - just where we were looking. Brad was about the best agent we could have hoped for - seemingly always available, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We'd done a lot of research and prep work before even reaching out to ensure we knew exactly what we wanted. Brad and team were always quick to get us into the properties. The one time Brad was unavailable - we actually requested 4 showings for the next afternoon - John was able to cover and get us in.
After the second round out, we found what we thought was the perfect house. Brad got me back in to turn the knobs and kick the tires and talked through any possible issues with me. Putting the offer down was as simple as could be after discussing what a reasonable price seemed. Unfortunately, we had to retract the offer due to some major unpermitted work. You'd think this would be problematic, but not so with Gluch! After the retraction Brad and team were back and going full steam to find us the best place. Eventually we did find the place for us in a perfect little neighborhood and moved into the full process.
We can't say much about the back office team, but that's a good thing. At times it seemed the entire group was telepathic, answering questions just after they popped into our heads. The team was able to provide some solid insurance and inspection recommendations, though our home inspector was one we found on our own. From offer down to after the closing date, we knew what to expect, where to go, and what to do thanks to this team.
We wouldn't just recommend the Gluch Group, we'd do so (and have already) enthusiastically!
