They were prompt in arriving at looking for an estimate. Sent me a hard copy within hours and when I approved they came and did the job quickly. It was scrapped,washed,repaired( and let harden) and painted that same day. The job was examined after completion and I was satisfied. Within a few days I was called and asked my evaluation from the office. They sent an e-mail bill and it was paid the same way
