I scheduled a warranty service 4 months ago and they called the day they were supposed to come to tell me that they need to reschedule me 2.5 more months out due to high call volume that day. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere.

Eddie was our technician and he was great. Very professional. Explained what was happening and suggested repairs that would keep our unit efficiently running. Highly recommend this company.

on 07/09/20 my tenant in Scottsdale called me to say he had to stay at a hotel the A/C had broke down I called Brazil who had been my A/c guy for last 10 years he installed unit than was told i needed new motor for fan cost would be 875 dollars of coarse i was in all honesty was told i didn't have to let them do it i could pay service call an they'd leave it was close to 110 outside ilet them do it they took about 75 minutes start to finish i am in the air duct cleaning business here in NY i do alot of work in the Hamptons I asked one of my contactors what should it have cost the fan cost roughly 110 dollars i understand people have to make a profit 2/3 hundred for hours work not 700 dollars this company takes advantage of the situation if it had been in October i could have called around i was stuck and they new it they are unethical and take advantage of people George Brazil is a thief an totally unethical I am contacting the local consumers protection agency about this there's no reason to take advantage of people when their stuck charge in July what you charge in October you don't charge 880 for a 125 part and hours work you thieving *******

Been very happy with them throughout the years.

Tech on time, clean, professional, courteous. Heat pump went out on a 110 degree Phoenix day. It required two capacitors to be replaced. When your back is against the wall and no a/c you're grateful you don't have to wait a day or two for a service call. Brazil was out within several hours. Two capacitors (value if purchased on ebay/amazon, $30 total). All then worked fine. The total call was over $900 just for the two parts (excluding discount). You do the math and see for yourself if this sort of % markup is justified. Keep in mind this included their visit and diagnosis. In my opinion it does not. & thus this review. The repair person discussed Brazil's service policy which would provide us with discounted parts pricing along with an annual care program for the unit. Even with this taken into account, the pricing of the parts (about a 3000% markup) is still exorbitant.

Very well coordinated; they tore out old ductwork and raised ceilings in addition to the actual HVAC system. I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. Extremely happy with work that was done.

From the initial contact with the sales rep, Joe P., to the installation with Roberto and Javier, and on to the in-home explanation of the unit and the associated electronics by Mikey, I found every employee that I encountered to be very professional, courteous and responsive. The new unit has been in place for about two weeks and is working flawlessly.

George Brazil is really good.  We were in trouble, our air conditioner broke, it just stopped.  It was summer, it was one of those 120 degree days.  We called them and they came right out.  They came out and looked it and then they offered some choices.  We took one of their choices and they came out the next day and actually installed the air conditioning.  It was running and everything.  They were good.  Except for the price is was good.  It was expensive.

It was just an annual maintenance.? They come out twice per year.? It's part of the contract.

Air Conditioner/Furnace new installation, it's a combo unit. Removed the old unit and hauled away, left area clean when completed and would use them again.

The replacement of the box went as scheduled. Work was very high quality.

Outstanding. Called for service @ 3pm, tech arrived as promised before 7pm (actually 5:30pm). Tech was professional and courteous and repaired the system quickly.

They showed up when they were supposed to, they did what they were supposed to do, and everything was fine, and they explained everything. They did the air conditioning check and he didn't need to clean up after completing the work; there was no mess.

They were fantastic. They were completely professional.  Pricey, but worth it.  It took about two and a half days.

The price was a special they were offering at the time.

Their price was very good, and very competitive, and it worked out very well. It was very quick and professionally done. It took one day to complete. The workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly.

Technician arrived early, which was nice. He was very professional and provided me with lots of information. I thought that $200 for a troubleshooting charge was excessive, since the trouble shooting only took about 10 minutes (possible even less than that). That works out to $1200 per hour. The breaker was $238 and the tech was nice enough to provide me with a senior citizen discount. The bill to replace one breaker was still over $400. While I was very pleased with the punctuality and the professionalism, I was unhappy with the amount charged.
