Excellent service. Rick knew how to do each thing I asked him to do. He finished a large project of getting security cameras sd cards to open with sound. He also removed background noise. He completed the job promptly and is going to do some computer repair on my mac soon.

Rick is awesome! He reached out quickly, and was at my house same day. I will definitely be using him for any computer issues I have going forward. He's friendly, listens to the customer and doesn't make you feel beneath him (even though I definitely am when it comes to computers).

I had purchased a new computer and the computer had never met my needs. Rick not only was able to fix all the things that were wrong but also made suggestions that made the computer more user friendly. He LISTENED to what I needed and proceeded to solve each concern.
