Job went perfectly.  They took great care to not leave any trace of their work behind, cleaning up completely.  Speakers sound great and are perfectly positioned.  TV is mounted level and looks great.  I am impossible to please and have no complaints.

Very well.  Had to climb ladder to install on wall.  Had to sync with AT&T system.  Explained how to work DVD and TV.

Richard Girnt introduced himself and James.  They were very nice,  let me know what they were doing and made sure they hooked the accessories up they way I wanted.  They took the time to name them for me.  The internet was hooked up to the tv and they logged me into my Netflix account.  They went over the remote control and even setup the Directv remote to operate the tv.  I am so happy that I opted to have the service.

fine, would have liked an abreviated instruction sheet on the use of the TV and remote. Overall, things went well. Service was pricey, though.

Lee Hopper did a fine job.  He was NEAT!  His foot were covered.  A very intelligent person, he explained what he was doing and why.  The internet is working well.  I no longer have dead spots.  Thank you very much especially because it is now quite FAST!

Grant from the Geek Squad showed up on time and was extremely helpful.  I had a prior provider who didn't fully install my system, so I had to have Geek Squad fix their error.  Grant went through the system and found that the subwoofer was not properly hooked up and then adjusted the surround speaker volume so that the rear speakers didn't overwhelm us.  He also gave me instructions on how to adjust the volume if I wanted to later.  He then checked all my hookups, from blu-ray player to tv to apple tv to make sure it was all working well.  It took less than an hour and now I am VERY happy with my home theater.  Highly recommended.

Excellent! They were professional, friendly and when I needed  additional support I was able to contact my Geek directly and he walked me through the process. I can't say enough about the Geek Squad service!

The service is great. I have a two year contract with them and when that expires, I am going to renew it. The contract is about $200 so it is about $100 a year. You can take your computer in if you want, but I usually just call on the phone and they have been able to help me out with it. So, I am happy. They fix it each time. Sometimes, it takes a little longer to get a representative.

The service went fine. It did take them a while to get my computer back to me. It took over a week to get the computer back when they told me initially I would have the computer back the next day. They were eventually able to resolve the issues. My only complaint is that they did not meet the given dead lines and I had to follow up with them as opposed to them following up with me.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIX OUR COMPUTER AND GET IT BACK TO US WITHIN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE. WE ALSO TRUST THEM WITH OUR PRODUCT. THEY ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND.

MONITOR WAS REPAIRED TO SATISFACTION. STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD, WHILE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT. THEIR PRODUCTS MUST BE REPAIRED 3 TIMES BEFORE BEING REPLACED, WHICH I DO NOT LIKE AT ALL. THIS IS VERY INCONVENIENT TO THE CUSTOMER AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
