Cox came and said we have the wrong sound bar (which Best Buy recommended for these SONY TV sets). The sound is delayed 3-5 seconds, which is very annoying after spending thousands for the Smart TVs. Geek Squad guy gave us his cell number and said to call him with follow-up questions. We tried. He would never answer his phone.

THERE WERE NO SALES PEOPLE AROUND WHILE WE WERE LOOKING FOR THE COMPUTERS. WE HAD TO SEARCH FOR ONE TO COME HELP US. THE PRINTER WE ORDERED HAD TO BE SHIPPED IN FROM ANOTHER STORE. WHEN WE CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP, THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. LUCKILY THE SALESMAN WAS THERE AGAIN AND HE REMEMBERED US AND WENT TO GET IT IN THE BACK. WHILE I WAS WAITING AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK FOR OUR SALESMAN TO COME BACK, THE OTHER WORKERS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE GOOFING AROUND AND TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN A VERY RUDE WAY. ONE GUY WAS STANDING THERE TALKING ABOUT HOW HE CAN'T WAIT TO GO HOME AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO HELP ANYONE. ANOTHER GIRL WAS BUSY TALKING TO HER MOM ON THE PHONE. TWO OTHER GUYS WERE TALKING ABOUT THIS GUY AND THE BAD FAKE CHECK HE HAD JUST TRIED TO PASS. THEN THEY WENT GOT THE CHECK AND STARTED SHOWING IT TO ALL THE OTHER WORKERS. I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
