GCS Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Mark is the best. A couple of years ago we had Mark clean our tile and grout and just yesterday the carpets in the entire house. We are very happy with the results and will continue to use GCS whenever a need arises. Get his business card and hold on to it!

We have been using GCS Carpet Tile & Grout for over 3 years now for our house cleaning business.  From time to time we have a house cleaning job that requires carpet cleaning or tile/grout/upholstery, etc., that needs to be addressed, and Mark gets it done within the time parameters the job requires and does a great job every-single-time.  Real Estate Agents and our residential customers are always asking us if we know a good Carpet Cleaner and we tell them we know the best.  We have never had a complaint from anyone we have ever referred him to.  We have also had him take care of our personal home as well so we know from personal experience how he operates his business.  You will not find a more reliable, upfront, honest and trustworthy individual.  He is always on time, always gets the job done, always does a fantastic job, and always does it with a smile.  He is professional, courteous, and he always keeps his word.  I highly recommended Mark. 

Mark is the owner of GCS Cleaning, and a pleasure to do business with. He provides customer service that is next to none!  This is the first time I have seen ANYONE work as hard as he did on my carpets. He explained the products he was using, what he was doing, and what the results should be. He is very friendly, and doesn't push product. He worked his backside off cleaning my carpets. I used a Living Social coupon for $30.00 cleaning. Mark explained what this coupon covered, that it was for a basic cleaning, and any heavy traffic areas or pet stains, would be extra. He gave me the pricing information prior to coming out to my house.  Even though I added extra cleaning,  the pricing was very reasonable.  I paid $137.00 for 3 rooms, which is a very fair price.  I definitely recommend GCS Cleaning!

The owner was punctual, actually a bit early, and very conscientious when discussing the pricing on the work to be performed.  He had quoted me a price prior to arrival but informed me on the phone that he would let me decide on any other charges once he arrived.  I decided to have it sealed because his price was great.  The tile and grout turned out great and I definitely will be using him in the future and recommending him to my family and friends.

Came into home and assessed. Discussed what needed to be done and how much. Assisted in moving furniture. Very knowledgeable and discussed options and how my tile may clean differently than regular tile due to dimples. The floors came out very clean and I am very happy with the results.

The professionalism and the integrity of the owner is a 10+.  He was very punctual, actually a few minutes early.  He pretreated the rooms and the stairs as quoted, He then brushed each of the areas by hand before using ecological friendly chemicals when extracting the dirt.  I was.very pleased with the outcome of the work and have used him over and over and recommended him to friends and family.  This is a local mom and pop company that stands behind all of their work!
