Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Didn't know it at the time but apparently one off the air handlers wasn't installed properly. It should have been set slightly off from level so that any drip pan problems would result in the water draining into secondary drain pan. The unit was set opposite. Water periodically drained out the back end of the unit into ceiling and wall structure. Created mold and odor problem. Now, having to have wall, ceiling, door jamb, flooring and trim replaced due to above.
