Where in the world do I start?
1. They were supposed to install an irrigation system with 4 new valves for front and back drip and pot lines. Instead hooked up all irrigation to one old, existing valve, blew out the gasket and tried to hide it by shutting off the water manually.
2. Installed a blown-out transformer for the low voltage lights. Connected one front light and all the back lights to the back transformer and all the other front lights to the back transformer. ???
3. Stained the front concrete by just pouring the stain on, without preparing it first, leaving it to be described by others as "something my 5 year old would do". Had to totally redo the staining project.
4. Did all of the above while insisting on being paid in advance of having a chance to check out the work.
5. Entered my property after having been fired and told not to trespass and stole fountain tiles i had already paid them for.
6. Failed to refund anything for the unacceptable and fraudulent work.
