Weston was fast to respond and arrived on time. He did not try to sell me anything, charged me exactly what he quoted, very professional and I will definitely call him again if I need service. He was the most honest I have seen in a long time. Businesses today ask you to write a good review but Weston never asked so I am happy to recommend him highly.

Weston is awesome! We arrived home after being away for 8-months to discover our garage door didn't work. After looking at Angi's List reviews, I contacted Weston on Sunday and he was out at 8am on Monday to fix. Very professional and definitely recommend Garage Door Solutions.

They were awesome to work with, got the work done in 30 minutes and I feel they went above and beyond for me.

Arrived on time, got right to work, price reasonable....no surprises. Helped set up remote controllers and explained how to operate. Cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with all they did.

The two gentlemen that showed up were very pleasant, professional and responsive to my needs. They completed the job and went a little beyond by adjusting the door allignment and opener motor chain. They also answered my questions regarding required home maintenance of the door and addressed my concern that I needed to upgrade the opener. I was upgraded from a 1 spring to a 2 spring system at no additional cost. Everything is working fine, the door is quieter now and I don't need to upgrade the opener.

Garage Door Solutions gave the best price and excellent service.

Repairman was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend their services. They were referred to my by my Home Warranty insurance which covered the bill.

Came out the next day (on a Saturday), called to let me know he was on his way, replaced the bottom seal quickly and neatly, explained the process, re-supported the bottom track that was loose.

Analyzed, found and fixed the problem.

It went well, they were on time and finished the work as promised. Also the door openers came with two extra remotes and one extra outdoor key pad. They didn’t charge me extra for them as they came with liftmaster package. They over delivered here. I kept one extra remote as a spare and sold the other two items online recovering $40 of the project cost. The only thing I didn’t like was that they put four glow in the dark sstickers up that I had to peel off one on each opener and one on each garage door. Not a big deal I took them off with out much effort.

Weston was willing to give me a quote over the phone. I already had someone else coming out to give a free estimate. Weston's price was significantly below the other guy, so I sent them away and Weston came the next day. He completed the job within an hour and the price was basically what he said it would be over the phone. I didn't tell him (or know) that when the cables are on the ground they would have to be replaced which added $45 to the job. All done yesterday, so I can't vouch for the quality yet, but he was careful to make sure it was working properly before he left. Assuming this lasts, Weston will be my first call next time.

Weston did the repair quickly, with a lot of humor and at a very fair price. The man knows his profession and really seems to enjoy it. If you need any sort of garage door services, this is the company for you! They did a terrific job!

Was there at 7 AM next day as they said. Replaced springs in less than 1 hour, found rollers were bad and also replaced them. Excellent service, friendly tec.

Great experience. Weston quoted me a very competitive price, at least $100 lower than most of the others I had called for exactly the same garage door opener system. I had received quotes from at least 4 other companies. He arrived exactly on time (on a Saturday) along with his helper (his father) who were both very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had my old garage door opener removed and the new one replaced, as well as programmed all three of my cars' Homelinks and 3 handheld remotes in approximately 1 hour. Can't beat that. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Weston promptly returned my call for help. He came on schedule, first thing the next morning. He entered the garage by the side door and set to work, replacing both springs. He was quick, efficient and very professional.

My garage door would no longer close automatically because of a bent bracket. I contacted Garage Door Solutions based only on the good reviews here on Angie's List, and I was very pleased with them. Weston (the owner) had me text a photo of the damage and was confident he could repair the door by replacing the damaged bracket. They came the next morning and showed me other damage I had not noticed and recommended replacing a second piece for a small additional charge. He could easily have pushed me toward replacing the entire door but instead he assured me the door was in decent shape for its age and did not need replacing. They also made some adjustments to the rollers and cleaned and lubed the rails. I appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and fast response.

Or cable broke on our garage the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Our sensors and switch have not been working for some time now. Weston was able to come out the same day called and repair my garage door. He fixed the cable, replaced defective sensors and switch. Very professional and the price was right. Will definitely use Garage Door Solutions again when our Genie craps out completely.

Excellent. Called Weston at 9:00am on a Friday. He quoted me a price on the phone which I knew to be fair, and there was no additional "trip charge". He gave me a window of noon to 3pm the same day and arrived at 12:30 Friday afternoon with a helper and was done within 45 minutes. The garage door's operation was adjusted perfectly. He said he had used longer springs which should be more durable than the size I had. He checked all the other parts related to the door's operation, stated that they were in good order and that whoever had done the installation 17+ years before had done a very good job. In addition to providing me with a 5-year warranty on the springs, there was clearly no unnecessary "upselling," which always is, of course, refreshing and which I've come to expect and have found to be the case with all the providers I've worked with on Angie's list. If you're wondering. I didn't know Weston existed before today, but I'll definitely call him again without hesitation if I have a garage door issue (and he even wished for my sake that he hoped that wouldn't be for quite some time to come).

I called at 8 am. Weston quoted me a price and said he could do the work that day, and would call back.. He came at 1:30 pm and was done by 2:00 pm. The price was just as he quoted, work was fast and efficient, and everything looks like a quality job to me. This is how all providers should work.
