Very good company. I would recommend them to others. We plan on using them in the future.

Cabinet Refacing and Refinishing, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling + 1 more
They fired the contractor that was supposed to do the back splash. Which is why they said the work wasn't done. I didn't have any money for tile work is what the father said who owned the company. I paid for that and he then brought another bill for my back splash for $1,100. They are refunding me $900 for the tile work after they said I didn't pay for any. The cabinets don't fit and no grout has been put in. I have to have someone else come out and do that work. I bought a new stove and microwave, I delayed but when it came it wasn't ready to be put in yet. I hired someone else so they had to redo the electrical because they screwed it up. They are supposed to redo the cabinet. The cabinet maker won't even speak to me. They haven't done anything yet. I still haven't the last amount because on my contract it says is supposed to be paid when done. They are bullies.

General Remodeling
It did not go well at all. The contractor started out with the wrong measurements for the shower and had to return to redo the pony wall. The demolition crew removed the window and also removed the framing. The framing of the window was not replaced before the glass block was installed. Also the glass block was suppose to be 6" but he installed 8" as he,"thought we would like more natural light". So he made decisions without consulting us. The block window was half installed before we found it to be wrong and he refused to redo the window. We found out later that the reframing of the window was not done and is now installed uneven leaving a 3/8 inch difference in the right bottom corner and 1/2 inch difference across the top ot the window. The shower floor tile is so uneven they redid it (to their specification) and it is still uneven. The failed to seal the tile. The grout they used was not the color specified therefore it was darker and it was (to say the least) a sloppy job as the grout is running up the corners and along the edge of the flooring. No ramp was installed as they tried several times to make one and finally told us it couldn't be done!! That is not what they informed us of before we signed the contract. He knew exactly how he was going to do it but it simply didn't happen. He almost installed glass block on the pony wall instead of the clear glass we requested as he thought that is what I wanted as I had admired a wall in a bathroom in his office. As he was ready to install I reminded him that I did not want that as it would be too much glass block in that bathroom. I won on that point and he installed the clear glass. This remodel was a nightmare from the beginning and it is definitely not the bathroom we had wanted. This contractor lied to us throughout the entire project and continues to lie to the ROC. Too many mistakes made by the contractor. The sub-contractors he hired did poor workmanship and the individuals he had working for him were definitely not experienced nor did they take any pride in their work. All in all the bathroom looks like a 12 year old did the work. We fully expect the shower floor to eventually leak and cause damage and the window with no frame will eventually leak and have to be replaced also. If you ask us, "would you rehire this contractor"? Absolutely NOT! Complaint filed with the ROC is ongoing as we have requested an Administrative Hearing.
