This company had the worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with, having remodeled 3 houses over 20 years. While installing the workers informed me that the sink had been set too low and that they needed to move it. I asked if there would be any problems and they said no. Later that day after the install I notice that the cabinet where the sink set was cracked and that there was a sloppy caulk job around the sink. I called the company and they sent someone out to take a look. I assumed it would be no big deal because accidents happen. When the representative came over he informed me that his workers could not have possibly done the damage. I pointed out that there was nobody else there except their 4 workers and me and I know I did not do the damage. They also claimed that the caulk used was not the type they used so it could not be them. I pointed out that they were basically accusing me of lying. I would have had to break the cabinet, go to the store buy a type of caulk they never use and do a sloppy caulk job - then call and blame them. It is beyond my comprehension what motive I would possibly have for doing this. But I still held out hope that maybe the guy was just having a bad day. Well a second representative came out a few days later and immediately started in on me telling me that he knew his workers would never have done this and that the caulk was not theirs. At this point I became very upset. I have never been accused of lying and I cannot understand why they felt the need to treat me so viciously. Would it not have been enough to just say okay we will take care of it or no sorry we don't have followup on our work. In the end they agreed to cover the cost of the cabinet piece. But given the verbal abuse I had to take, if I had to do it over again, I would have just assumed the cost myself. Well actually if I could go back in time I would never have called this company. There were a few other problems as well. The countertop was not cut exactly as the template and as requested. Also the installers put 2 holes in the wall. When I mentioned it they said it did not matter because I could put tile on the wall. When I told them I had no plans to put tile there they just said oh and walked away - no apology, no offer to fix it. Lastly the workers were very sloppy. I ended up spending a lot of time cleaning up dripped glue (or some similar substance) off of my cabinets, floor, and bath fixtures.

We chose them because the sales person at the store mentioned that French Quarry did a lot of work for them. They don't anymore. They had too many complaints. I found out after the sales person in French Quarry told me they didn't do any work for the store. Their price was probably at the top. They were probably more than 2 other bids, but we thought their quality would be better. They had to come back and fix a leak. We would not use them again in the future.

We initially thought we'd opt for Cambria quartz countertops. However, a sales rep. at French Quarry addressed our concerns and explained that granite is not as susceptible to problems and that it doesn't need frequent sealing. Our existing sink could not be reinstalled after the counters were installed. We had a larger-than-expected gap in the seam in front of the sink. The granite was crumbling there. French Quarry sent someone out who put black plastic filler in it to replace the rose-colored filler the installers used. He tried to convince us that we were too picky.

I called The French Quarry to get information about upgrading our kitchen countertops with Granite, the lady that answered was very nice and answered all my questions, she referred me to Jim Albrecht, the salesperson. We made an appointment to go to the show room. We were very impressed with the high quality selection of granite. Once we picked the granite we liked, Jim made the whole process go so smoothly. From the first measurements, to the install everyone was professional and very nice to work with. Our Forest Blue granite looks great! Highly recommend the company, and have told all our friends about The French Quarry.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE SUB-CONTRACTORS FOR LOWE'S. IT WAS A VERY NICE, CLEAN SHOWROOM. THEY HAD HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THEY KEPT ALL OF THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND INSTALLED THE JOB ON TIME.

WE PURCHASED OUR GRANITE COUNTERTOPS THROUGH LOWES. FRENCH QUARRY DID THE FABRICATION AND INSTALL FOR LOWES. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

CONFIRMED APPTS, SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND VERY RESPECTFUL. CLEANED UP AFTER INSTALLATION.

THE EMPLOYEES THAT PERFORMED THE WORK WERE EXCEPTIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS.

WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING THE COUNTER TOPS. SHOWROOM REP. WAS NOT AS HELPFUL AS WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED.
