Not much to say.  The guy who runs this place is competent and honest.  Can't ask for much more than that.

They are a very nice small firm, they have been around several years and I found them to be very helpful. They are courteous and took care of me right away. They offer great customer service and are knowledgeable in their field of work. They were recommmended to me by an electrician I know.

The lamps work like new - which is outstanding because my wife and I were ready to dump them. These guys are great, will use them again!

I took in a Pottery Barn floor lamp (that arcs over to hang down above the reading area) because it keeps falling apart, the light bulb / shade coming loose from the rest. We have tried to screw it back together multiple times, but it just falls apart again. The guy at French (I should know his name because I see him every time I go in there, but I don't) knew how to remove parts and angle the hinge part of the lamp in a way that allowed him to firmly tighten the joint that was loose. It took him 5-10 minutes -- no charge!

They have always been very helpful and courteous and know how to treat there customers right .They carry odd electrical parts also that no one else carries thats what great about them and the quality from parts to fixtures and ceiling fans are the best .There on the top of my list. I asked Mr. Lidington which timer product would be appropriate for my needs. e explained the products and pointed out the one that fit my purchase and why it was the appropriate one. He also explained how it worked and how it would be professional installed which I greatly appreciated. I purchased it and have been very pleased with its operation in saving me money.
