We are a family owned and operated air conditioning and heating contractor. We offer sales, service and installation of HVAC equipment on both residential and commercial properties. We are fully licensed and insured. We have been serving the Valley of the Sun since 1992!!

Because of the location of the unit, a crane was required to remove and install this unit. Foster arranged for and coordinated the crane, which also arrived on time and completed the lift without incident.
I was able to observe the complete install and was able to ask questions. I did observe several items that were not necessarily required, but may help the unit remain trouble free for a long time. These included adding sheet metal covers to the unit base to prevent any small animals from getting into the unit, and trapping the condensate drain to ensure that the unit drains completely.
Installation of the thermostat was also carefully done to ensure no outside air could get to the stat and induce false readings.
Kim also did a thorough job describing the operation and performance expectations for this heat pump.
I was very pleased with this contractor and would recommend him.
