This is a great company. I called after hours so I had to leave a message but I got a call back from Justin in a very timely manner. He came over and explained the process and how everything would go. The two installers who showed up to do the work gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to arriving which was very appreciated. They then took the time to walk around and plan out the best setup to use around my back patio, even noticing and taking into consideration the bowing along part of my patio that unfortunately happened due to some water damage and warping. They ran water down both gutter routes to ensure things were all set right before leaving. It all came together perfectly and looks great. To top it off, all 3 of the employees of Flow-Rite were great to work with and professional.

Job went very well. Crew arrived early, work was completed in an amazingly short time. They look beautiful, craftsmanship of the job A+ in my opinion. They did EXACTLY what I had discussed with Justin when he did the estimate. I had to get the larger 6" size due to having 'long runs'. Colors were spot on with my house! Couldn't be more pleased. Now all I have to do is wait for it to rain :).

It went very well. Justin came and evaluated the situation, and saw that one section under some clay tiles would take a special gutter that had one side cut down slightly. They arrived when scheduled, went right to work and were very friendly. Justin and two other men got the job done quickly because I had to leave the house for an appointment. It looks great. My ratings of A for all categories is an honest assessment, not grade creep.
