Floors Unlimited

Our business installed a floor with Floors Unlimited last summer.  We were unsure what to install and they suggested a commercial laminate.  We discussed at length that there is water involved in our day to day use (we're a preschool) and the salesman assured us that this was the best product.  $18,000 and 30 days later, we had water damage all over the floor.  The president ignored me for 4 months.  I finally had to contact the manufacturer.  In a joint meeting, the manufacturer blamed Floors Unlimited for a poor install and the president of Floors Unlimited blamed the product.  It is now a year later and we have extensive water damage.  Neither Floors Unlimited nor the manufacturer is interested in assisting us.  They are still blaming each other and suggesting that we repair the damaged areas, which won't solve the problem.  We are going to have to sue to get any resolution.  Avoid them and shop elsewhere.....

JOHN, THE OWNER, WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND UP FRONT ABOUT COST AND SCHEDULING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. WE WENT TO THE SHOWROOM TO PICK OUT THE TILE AND THEN HE CAME OVER TO DO THE MEASUREMENTS AND GIVE US A FINAL PRICE. THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED ABOUT 10 DAYS LATER, AND OTHER THAN THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE START OF THE JOB BY ONE DAY, EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY.

FLOORS UNLIMITED PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE DUE TO THE PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, PROMPTNESS, AND PRODUCT. THE CARPET IS EASY TO MAINTAIN AND WAS INSTALLED WITH PERFECTION. THE OWNER ALSO MADE A HOUSE VISIT PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE AND AFTER THE INSTALLATION TO MAKE SURE THE END PRODUCT WAS PERFECT.

I HAVE KNOWN FLOORS UNLIMITED FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. I HAVE HIRED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. THEY INSTALLED NEW FLOOR TILE AND CARPETING IN MY PREVIOUS HOME AND I HIRED THEM TO INSTALL SLATE AROUND THE FACE OF MY FIREPLACE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PICKING OUT TILE FOR A BACKSPLASH IN MY KITCHEN WHICH THEY WILL BE INSTALLING. JOHN MARSH IS THE OWNER AND HAS ALREADY BEEN OUT TO MEASURE. HE IS JUST WAITING ON ME TO TELL HIM WHICH TILE. I HAVE REFERRED HIM TO SEVERAL OF MY INSURED'S AS WELL AS FAMILY MEMBERS. HE HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLE PRICING.
