The salesman, Jeffery Anderson, took the time to describe the materialâ s qualities and to explain the process. The installers showed up on time, worked expertly, and paid attention to every detail. Sales person was courteous and professional. Installers showed up when promised and did an great job. Not the best communication with installers, only one spoke English and he left early. Had a gouge in one of the planks, but the installers came back out the next day to fix the problem.

Awesome workmanship, not the best communication. The product we selected and the install look wonderful. We refloored most of our home, but had no idea what to expect or how long it would take. It ended up taking just over 7 days to complete and the installers were friendly and did a great job save for a mystery scratch that appeared on our new refrigerator during the process. The team moved our appliances and furniture and asked me any pertinent questions about the work that needed to be done. They weren't the best at etting me know they were done for the day, but they did close up the house so I didn't have to worry about intruders. I had to set up my office outside on the patio for the duration of the install and slept on a couch during the week. I may have gone to a hotel had I known it would take a week, but my family and I made due and toughed it out. Because we had no experience with this type of work it would have been nice to have an understanding of what the timeline would be, what to expect and what we could do to help things go smoothly for the install team. I'd definitely hire them again if we needed any additional work done.

Get at least two quotes before you hire a company to install flooring. This company was overpriced... but, the owner said the materials were very high quality, and our customer service is great... and yes, I paid the price for that. I wanted to mention that the installers were good. I hired another company to finish two rooms, very reasonably priced, and good customer service. I regret not shopping around before I hired the first company.
