First Class Green Cleaning

We recently hired First Class Green Cleaning to service our office carpets, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly respectful of our workspace.

I have used First Class cleaning for many years. They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced, easy to deal with and do a great job of getting out mystery stains. Joe and Jeramy did a fatastic job.

Joe and Joe were very professional and did a very good job. They are fairly priced, not the cheapest and not the most expensive.

I had given a number of cushions I felt needed cleaning from dust and rain stains. When they arrived they looked at each cushion and said that some didn't require cleaning. What I thought was soil was the Sunbrella material fading and they recommended I contact the store we purchased them at. Very professional and did an amazing job.

They were on time and very professional. My carpets look great, which was not an easy task.

Outstanding in every way!

Called to confirm appt and they scheduled me on a different day. Stairs were left soaking wet and didn't dry for three days. Tried contacting them, they said a supervisor would call me back, never did. I called again after 48 hours, someone else from different company said they were coming out to redo stairs and they did. Stairs dried within hour but few weeks later unfortunately they went back to that wet smelly odor.

I'm a renter, moved in to my home 6 months ago and the landlord had the carpets clean.
Months pass and my carpet started showing dark stains. First Class Green Cleaning came to my home, cleaned my carpets; Wow, my carpets look great, cleaned the dark stains, no dirt smell & carpets feels clean! Thank you Green Cleaning for your expertise & efficiency, I highly recommend you!!

Let me preface my review with 2 things : 1 - I normally don't take the time to review companies 2 - I manage corporate/industrial properties for a living. First Class Green Cleaning did a fantastic job at my house so I feel that a positive review is deserving of their work and professionalism. Communication was fantastic (initial service setup over the phone was great, reminder phone call, and effective email communication was stellar). The day prior to them starting I realized I had a meeting that I could not miss. My time frame of start was 11AM - 2PM. I needed about 20 minutes after start time to handle a phone call. I emailed them the day prior to let them know and when they called me around 11:30AM they mentioned that they were waiting to call me in order to not disturb me during my meeting. Adaptability in small businesses is virtually unheard of these days. Far too many times I have communicated changes to vendors where they simply do not get the message and can't adjust schedules to meet customer needs. Hat tip to First Class here.

In reference to the carpet cleaning itself. My carpet was only 1 year old but had traffic wear up the stairs and near a bathroom from tenants. Nothing too hard. They did a great job and the carpet looks brand new. It took them about 2 hours to complete 800 sq.ft. The key points here that I feel differentiate this company : 

Professionalism - Corey Thompson the owner did the work (with another tech) and was more than cordial and communicative
Quality - they set up barriers around corners of my walls as to not scuff them, their truck was clean and organized (yes, I looked), and their equipment was also clean. A cleaning company can not run a shabby kit. It is telling as to how the business is run. In addition to this, when they parked their van in front of my house they put out safety cones as well as a sign saying who they were (1 - this is important for HOA's 2 - he will drum up business from this...smart man)
Green Cleaning - there was no smell at all after they left and off gassing of chemicals is something more American's need to be aware of. My entire home is either ZERO VOC or LOW VOC from the builder. I am sensitive to that and wanted to maintain that.

I will definitely reach out to them again for carpet cleaning and textile cleaning needs. I am a particular and generally fussy consumer due to the type of work I do professionally. Bravo First Class Green Cleaning.

Very Well.  As usual with this company, they arrived on time and completed the job in the estimated time.  They charge by the square footage and I find their pricing to be fair and the work is done in a professional manner.  In all my dealings with them, I have found them to be honest and courteous.  When calling their office, you always get a person!

They were excellent. I loved everything about them, particularly the results, the service, the product and the people. The result was excellent. I certainly would recommend them.

They did a good job. They are competitively priced with other carpet companies that we got before. Their responsiveness was great. They answered the phone right away. They came out, did the service, and were on time. They actually did a little extra work for us and they were very quick about that. I would probably use them here in a couple of months. About once a year, we get our carpets cleaned.

They did a very very good job except they told me that if I got four other client they would give my job free. My neighbor only has ten panels and they charged her the same price they would have charged me, they charged my friend who has more panels than I do less that they would have charged me. They let the lady know they only had ten panels then mine was free. Then now she wants me to give her $25 toward the price she had to pay. It didn't work out that well for me.

The crew was both professional, courteous and explained all aspects of the work to be preformed. They were mindful of protecting our furniture and walls from the cleaning hoses. They were more than accommodating on moving furniture and any requests that we made. We would highly recommend this company for our family, friends or anyone needing carpet, tile or furniture cleaned

There was initial confusion between EcoFresh and the deal company, resulting in not getting as good a deal as was originally advertised.  I said washing floors was the main priority, but they did that at the last minute, after a reminder. Then, don't know what environmentally friendly products they used, but it was a horrible job.  I wound up having to rewash all the floors myself the next day.

They were on-time and did a thorough job.  I was very pleased.

Whatever product they use takes out red wine, food stains and any other stains.  They did a good job and it always smelled nice when they left.  My dog had a problem at one point with urinating on the carpets and they able to clean those areas as well.  They are a little higher priced but well worth the additional money.

They did an excellent job.  We would recommend them and their prices were fair.  They were the best we had used in the 10-15 years we were in that home.

They were fine.  I’ve used them several times.

I’m very happy with them. They did a thorough job and we would use them again.
