The contractor brought a set of logs. They were too large for the opening. The second one was too small for the opening, they were a charred oak and that is not what we wanted. An employee suggested a certain type of log. We got them. We them had to order them. Never mentioned any restocking fee. With the angle of the pilot of the new log you couldn't press it. When my contractor and the workers tried to put it in there was no way to make it work. They then suggested I go in and pick the log sets that I wanted. I again dealt with the same guy I dealt with before. I get a call from my contractor and they said I owe a $200 additional charge for a re-stocking fee. We tried to get that fee down to $100. I said that if they could do that I would accept that. The contractor picked up the logs this morning and sure enough, they charged them $200 like they said they would.
