Everything went very smoothly. Mark seems very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. I like that. He said he's been doing a/c and heating repair since going to trade school in the early 1980's. He is a one man company.
He is very friendly and good to work with. He was recommended to me by the a/c repair person I've use for years, who retired. He said he had known Mark for over 25 years and would recommend him.
The a/c unit he repaired is working better than it every has. Some of the credit for that goes to the new and improved air handler, and some goes to Mark for doing a good job.
I don't know what other companies would charge for the work Mark did, but I would guess he charges at least as much as other retail repair services. I don't think he would claim to be a discount a/c repair service. He doesn't have an hourly rate. He charges flat rate for his work.
I would recommend him. He's certainly better than many of the a/c repair people that have come out from the large a/c companies with lots of repair technicians. They just don't seem to be that knowledgeable or competent. Oh the stories I could tell!

WAS VERY FAST IN RESPONDING TO PROBLEM. RATE WAS VERY REASONABLE. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. SERVICE VAN WAS WELL STOCKED WITH PARTS.

VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. CHECKED ALL DUCTS AND VENTS AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE CIRCULATION.
