What I didn't like is that they were extremely late (showed up at 10:30pm to move), their employees seemed inexperienced and just unloaded the boxes in an unorganized manner. Also, it took them multiple trips to move all of our things.

Their ad and my telephone conversations indicated that the time starts when they arrive at my door. However, that was not the case. I was charged an hour travel time plus two hours forty five minutes for the move. A total of $432.00 for less than three hours work. Beware.

Three-man team was on time and courteous. Only one spoke English, which made communication difficult. Truck sent was a few furniture pieces too small, so they had to make two trips. This could have been prevented by having done an on-site estimate, which they do not do. Since you pay by the hour, this increased the price significantly. Requirement that payment be made in cash or cashier's check (no credit cards or personal checks) is awkward and inconvenient, since you don't know how much the move is going to be until it is completed.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY DAMAGED MANY PIECES OF FURNITURE, BROKE VALUABLE LAMPS, AND DENIED ALL OF THE ABOVE. WHEN WE TRIED TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT, WE WERE STONE WALLED. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS, AND WERE COMPLETELY NON-RESPONSIVE. THE MOVERS OFFERED US A DISCOUNT IF WE WOULD GIVE THEM A SIZEABLE TIP. BAD COMPANY! DO NOT USE!

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY IN AN ORDERLY FASHION. FURNITURE WAS WRAPPED AND NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. IT WAS AUGUST IN PHOENIX, WEATHER WAS HOT AND HUMID. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THE TRUCK COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LARGER.

WE HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING OTHER MOVERS TO SHOW UP. WE GOT FATHER & SON FROM ANGIE'S LIST. THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND MOVED US VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL. EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED BY THE HOUR, THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY.

WE HAVE ACTUALLY USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FAMILY MEMBERS. THEY ARE TIMELY AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS AND SEEM TO WANT TO GET THE JOB DONE, WHICH SAVES YOU MONEY, SINCE THEY ARE WORKING BY THE HOUR.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVELY PRICED MOVING COMPANY. THEY WORKED HARD. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANY FURNITURE.

THEY GAVE THE BEST PRICE FOR MOVING A PIANO. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES ON MY PIANO. MOVING IS A VERY DIFFICULT JOB, BUT TO HAVE SOMEONE TAKE THAT EXTRA TIME AND CARING MAKES A DIFFERENCE. THEY WERE THE BEST.

I CALLED THEM ONE DAY AND THEY MOVED MY BELONGINGS THE VERY NEXT DAY; THE DAY AFTER A HOLIDAY. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. THE OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED WANTED MORE MONEY PLUS THE SAID IT WOULDN'T BE UNTIL THE NEXT WEEK. PEOPLE USUSAL WANT IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. I REALLY WAS GLAD THEY MOVED ME.

THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH ALL THE FURNITURE, AND ALL THE FRAGILE STUFF. THEY LISTENED TO US FOR DIRECTIONS ON WHERE TO PUT THINGS. THEY WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY.

SOME OF THE GUYS DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE SO MUCH ABOUT OUR STUFF. LEFT DIRT ON NEW CARPET. WORKERS SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN PICKED UP OUT OF THE DAY LABOR SPOTS ON THE STREET CORNER.
