Amazing. We closed early and that was largely due to how responsive Jeremy was. I interviewed three brokers before going with Jeremy and all the fees were very close so we made our decision to go with Jeremy because of how friendly and available he was. I called him to ask a question before we had decided to go with him and he answered the phone while he was on a short weekend vacation and was able to get my question answered right then. While we did close the loan earlier than first anticipated, getting there was not stress free. I was told it couldn't be done....but it was. The timelines were for Pinnacle and not me the customer. If I had a tighter schedule it probably wouldn't have been met. Also, I would have liked more disclosure on rates and lock in options. They do not publish rate sheets so you can see the total costs or rebates. Pinnacle is owned by the hedge fund Blackrock so their bottom line is what matters, not yours. And of course, the morning of funding I was asked for "one more document". Thank goodness I had it. Why it wasn't asked for upfront I am not sure. The few folks I interacted with were pleasant.

The process was smooth, and the mortgage consultant provided me with the necessary information to make fully informed decisions.

This was by far the best mortgage experience I have had. Working with Jeremy, Sharon and their team was a pleasure. We communicated via email and phone. They always kept me informed of each step in the mortgage process. I was able to do a lot of the paperwork via secure email and online using digital signatures. The notary even came to my house when it was time to sign the papers. I would definitely recommend the team there to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.

The first time I bought a house, I had to wait 3 1/2 weeks after I signed the paperwork for my keys.  The process was so disheartening as the mortgage lender asked me the same questions over and over sometimes that same day.  I finally asked her to write down my answers where she could refer back to them in an hour when she needed my answer again.  The paperwork was never ending and again always the same stuff.
Fast forward to Pinnacle Capitol.  I had the exact opposite experience.  They asked for paperwork once, remembered all the answers to the questions they asked, and I received the keys to my house on COE.  What an amazing experience, can not say enough good things about their professionalism.  Would absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend to anyone who would like a hassle free experience in buying a house.

An A rating isn't high enough to describe the outstanding customer service that my husband and I received from Zac, Jeremy, and Sharon. I would give them a 15 on a scale of 1 -10 without hesitation. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We primarily worked with Zac, and he quickly and confidently answered all my questions throughout the entire loan process. Those times included Friday nights, Saturday afternoons, as well as normal business hours. If he wasn't available, Sharon was always there to help, and would get the answers I needed very quickly. Normally these types of transactions are extremely stressful, but Zac made it terrificly wonderful. This was the least stressful mortgage experience we have ever had. Every step of the way, I was kept in the loop regarding my options, the status of the loan, and any possible hiccups that might occur (which none did by the way). Everything that Zac quoted me (rates, closing cost, and timelines) were accurate and fair. Zac is very honest, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and fantastic at making sure we completely understood the process every step of the way. Jeremy and Sharon were just as attentive and concerned that our every question was being answered. Even the notary that came to our home (on a Saturday) was awesome. I wish we had another home to purchase or refinance because I would love to be treated so wonderfully again.
