Factory Fresh is the best carpet cleaning company in Phoenix. Both rooms we had them clean came out great, including the children's room. I would not hesitate to refer Skyland to my any of my friends after my experience with him. I have dealt with other cleaning carpet companies but I will never call anyone else after seeing Rob's work. Extremely great service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, he did a phenomenal job cleaning a heavily soiled carpet. Skyland cares about his business and will go above and beyond for his customers. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Thank you again!

The carpets have heavy traffic with a house hold of 10 of which 5 children under 10 years old.  tey looked dingy and considered replacing. However,  called out this company and the carpets looked new when finished.  Very professional and called to confirm the appointment as well appointments called 20 min prior to arrival.  Great experience and cost effective.  I would recommend everyone use this company.  There are a lot of carpet cleaning providers in the city but this one is reliable and get the job done right with no issues.  I'm certain I will use them more often since the results were superb and it didn't break the bank either.

Amazing. Since we moved into our home April 2009 Skyland and his trusted Factory Fresh Associates have been the only ones I trust. having had many other experiences from Grocery mailer specials to Zero Rez, and half ok jobs :(. Skyland was an absolute keeper!! We have full shag carpet upstairs and older carpet styles downstairs. His service is thorough, the professionalism and care was outstanding to me!! We welcome him to our home every year. Finally I tried the full deep clean grout and tile, even after the sample, nothing could have prepared me for how beautiful and brand new my travertine was when Factory Fresh was done! The natural products that he takes such care to discuss have been so gentle, he's been there through 4 kids and a dog bringing sparkle to my home with every visit! I've referred him to soooooo many friends and family and not one job has faltered. He's punctual. The promotions fit your any budget and he actually cares if your happy and love his work. Like I said it's been 6 years and Skylands never failed us! Next my drapes, overdue but I'm so excited ! Seriously, just try once! You won't use anyone else. Thank you Factory Fresh you guys seriously always make me smile!!

It went really well. I am very satisfied with the results and have scheduled to use this company also at my house. They were very professional and kept me well informed on what they were doing throughout the whole process.

I had my water heater explode and completely flood my floor. After calling five different people they were the only ones to answer surprisingly enough. He was able to quickly start drying my home. They were even able to clean some of rooms of carpet while they were out here. I was so satisfied with the cleaning I had them polish a marble table for me. I will use them again!

Factory Fresh did a great job, very professional and courteous. Had a water leak and was afraid my carpets were ruined. Factory Fresh came immediately and through their hard work were able to save my carpets! Companies I used in the past offered cheaper deals but immediately tried to up-sell me. Factory Fresh were completely up front and honest so I also used them to polish our travertine entryway when they cleaned our carpets. I will definitely use Factory Fresh from now on.
