We visited Fabric Depot and obtained the cost for the project. This was after visiting another provider. Fabric Depot's price was $100 less.The foam had to be special ordered (as it did at the previous provider) It arrived on the day it was supposed to and we returned with the cushion for the work to be done. It was completed in a timely manner and looks great. Jose and Caesar in the foam department were friendly and professional. We would be very comfortable having this store do other projects for us.

A sales person helped me pick out a color that was the best match. They then sent it out and said it would take about 2 weeks. It was done on 4 days and the work was very good.

The office staff was professional and pleasant. Jim the floor manager was sent to measure and estimate the project. He was ontime and professional. Almost two weeks went by before a quote was received that was almost illigible. That was after calling repeatedly for the quote and getting excuses why it was not available for review. Overall they failed to show they would deliver a satisfactory project and I rejected their offer. The bid offer was mid-range and acceptable but I felt the installation performance would be a lot like their upfront performance.

JIM AT FABRIC DEPOT PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR THE SALE OF FLOORING AND IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT TO DO MEASUREMENTS AND A QUOTE. FROM PURCHASE TO COMPLETELY INSTALLED WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. HE ALSO WORKED WELL WITH SCHEDULING INSTALLATION AT CONVENIENT TIMES. FABRIC DEPOT PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION.
