Very slow communication with us. Poor coordination of events and between subcontractors. Pool was green for 2 months before we made contractor fire sub. We were overcharged for the poor service. Represented ordered items that were never ordered despite having taken payment for those services. Misstated invoice pricing from subcontractors stating they paid more than they did for the work and then charged us an additional 20% on the inflated price. Worked with subcontractor who had extremely poor rating with the BBB, multiple complaints with the ROC and bad reviews with consumers. Many of their subs were very unhelpful and unfriendly, providing little to no assistance so we had to go out and locate our own subs. We had to spend dozens of hours doing a lot of the work ourselves in finding subs.  Contractor was not involved in most meetings with subs.  Told us wrong items needed. Did not ensure electrical needs for appliances were met; we had to coordinate these issues ourselves.  Cancelled scheduled work when we were unavailable to meet in person during work day as would not address issues by phone or email. Represented subs were at the property working and when we arrived subs not there. Retained tax and 20% for work cancelled by their sub after contractor quit, requiring us to pay double tax. Refused to provide invoicing on work charged to us.  Much of the work they performed had to be redone because it was not done properly. Overall, very unhappy with the service.  Did not complete the work. Little work completed for the time involved.  We are filing a ROC complaint due to Exclusive Restoration's poor service, over charging and lack of communication.
