Company showed up the very next day to give an estimate. Stuck with the estimated price. showed up on the day promised finished work in one day and did an excellent job as far as the work. Te people were extremely friendlt and couteuos.

It went well. Most of our neighbors have/are using Excell to replace their roofs, as well. Rob was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. He upgraded our roof shingles at no charge and helped us pick out a nice color that would coordinate with the brick yet be a nice contrast to the trim. (Wow! Did not know there were so many colors of shingles!) Only had a slight communication issue when he thought we hung up on him/were avoiding him when, in actuality, we were quite busy (working, running with kiddos, etc.) and not available for calls for a few days and having our phones drop calls on us and not working as they should (cell phones!!! ugh). No problems. We re-connected. Great job! Delayed a bit due to rain but roof completed in less than 2 days and what a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Thanks, Rob the Roofer! You have a great personality. The kids LOVED yelling, "Hey! Rob the Roofer!" Great company! Thank you for everything! Will and have recommended to others. Also, our insurance covered about $6486...our deductible was $2170....total cost....$8656. Rob worked with us so that we did not have to pay any more than our deductible. Super!

After Hurricane Ike, I called Excel Roofing to give me an estimate. I had no major damage (holes or trees) but I wanted to make sure the roof was not compromised. Dave Holmberg called me back within 2 days and scheduled a time to come by that was convenient for me. Since I had yet to file a claim, he advised me to do so to get the process started. After his inspection, Dave explained to me that I had wind damage and the shingles would need to be replaced. He told me to let him know when the adjuster would be out, and he would be there as well. Dave and two of his co-workers arrived about an hour before the adjuster. They climbed up on the roof and marked all the damaged areas. When the adjuster arrived, Dave spoke with him regarding the roof replacement. Besides a few questions, I had little interaction with the insurance adjuster. Dave took care of everything! I received the quote from the adjuster within a few days, and sent it off to Dave. He scheduled the repair for the following weekend. He was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate me. The roofing crew took two days to finish the job. They worked hard & efficiently, and cleaned up everything before leaving. The supplies were delivered on Friday before, and by Sunday afternoon my roof was replaced. I couldn't be happier with how the whole process transpired. Dave was there every step of the way, and was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. He even showed up to verify the materials when they were being delivered, and stopped by the house several times as the job was being done. A big thank you to Dave & the crew at Excel Roofing. They made my life a whole lot easier and took care of everything every step of the way.
