Ersland Touch Landscape, LLC was founded in 1984 by Rick Ersland as a one man, one mower and an old pickup truck operation. From the beginning, Ersland Touch Landscape has been guided by the principles of providing superior customer service and individual attention to all of our customers. Ersland Touch Landscape services nearly 500 residential accounts and over 30 commercial accounts. To this day, Ersland Touch Landscape remains a family owned and operated business which continues to be guided by these sound principles.

Nice job on the clean up. They seem very reliable. Adam is very responsive and knowledgeable to our concerns and questions. So far, fair on the pricing.

I have been using Ersland Touch for over a year now and I have been very pleased overall with their level of service.
What I really like:
Dependable: My previous landscape service was very hit or miss. Ersland is on time every time!
Responsive.:Adam is very quick to answer emails/calls and his follow up on what was discussed is fantastic
Service. I had guests staying at my house and one of them mentioned to me that the tech offered to skim the pool after leaf blowing the backyard and a little debris entered the pool. May seem small to some, but customer service like this means a lot to me!
Small critique:
Proactive: My only gripe (and it's a small one) is that at times I wish the service was a bit more proactive. I've noticed some areas that have overgrown and some plants have been in questionable condition. When brought to their attention, it's always resolved but to proactively handle it without me mentioning it first would just be icing on the cake.
Overall:
Highly recommend and in fact I have already done so to friends and colleagues.

I have used their weekly service for over 20 years. They come weekly for clean-up.......and will always do extra things when I ask. They will trim, as needed as a part of my weekly service. They will plant and do sprinkler repair, as requested, at an extra charge. They are a quality company...........very dependable and honest. I recommend them, without hesitation.

I've used them for about 14 years. They're great. They're reliable and do a great job. You get everything you pay for. They're very professional and have great communication. You have an account manager that manages your property and they'll readily available if you need them. They're very responsive. I love Ersland.

I was not happy with them. They let our grass die. They were a little expensive. The people doing the work spoke little English and the person coordinating the work was never around to see how the work was done so there was no follow up from the coordinator. There was little contact with them. It was just an all around negative experience.

The same crew comes out weekly and they do an excellent job with my landscaping. The supervisor is very accommodating in that you can call with a particular project and he will make sure that they will complete that task on the next visit. I have used them for 10 years and will continue to use their services.

They are really good and I've kept them on board, and we've probably been here for 15 years. They are reasonable and responsive. I don't have any complaints and they come on a biweekly basis and they charge me once a month.

Very pleasant when met for estimate. Talked for awhile to discuss options and what I was looking for to update my back yard and maintenance. Did well on removing and cleaning up the yard. Came on days they said they would and the time they said they would. Maintenance included fertilizer and seeding which was nice. I also had some sprinkler issues they took the time to try and figure out what was going on. They gave me a great price to replace timer. Any issue that they didn't handle they would give me a referral which was always a good outcome.

I would say that the real fault is with management of the crews. The crews work hard but just don't seem to have any direction on how to properly blow, prune, trim or know what time of year to automatically do these things for the health of the particular plant. Our hard-scape is clean when they leave, the lawn is mowed well, but that is all they really want to do. We had a winter lawn put in and because they didn't get rid of the thatch, it came in very poorly. My husband and I actually ended up doing most of the trimming and we have to hire a tree trimming company to deal with the trees.

Ersland Touch Landscape Maintenance is supposed to come earlier in the morning, but they sort of come whenever. I've had to remind them to get things done to my satisfaction often and they do. I would prefer to pay less but I will keep using them.

I am sorry to say that we did not have a good experience with this company. The week they started working for us, we had 2500 square feet of new sod installed in our yard. By the end of August it was in terrible shape. There were several sprinkler problems they did not notice or, when told about, did not fix even though they said they would. The result was that we lost a number of plantings over the summer and our sod may have to be completely replaced. When our new landscaper started, he discovered that the entire irrigation system had been shut down for the last couple of weeks that Ersland had worked for us. When I contacted Eric to express my disappointment, he was quite unresponsive and basically said that his crew had visited every week and that was really all they were responsible for. Additionally, his office staff was surly and difficult to deal with.
