Everything went very well. The sales agent came to our house, did all of the measurements and was very professional. He answered all of our detailed questions. The company was easy to schedule with. The installers were on time and, aside from having new windows and a new door, left no trace they were ever there. The install team was very friendly and got right to work. I would definitely recommend this company for new windows. Our triple pane has not only lowered our energy bill, but also cut down tremendously on the noisy traffic that comes with living next to a main road.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. They are very good at what they do and know how to do this right. The far exceeded our expectation. The windows and door look great, very energy efficient and amazingly quiet. The install team was very good and we were surprise how quickly they completed the installation. Follow up after the installation was amazing. Painters came out to fix and paint issues and we were surprised and very pleased that actually just repainted around all of the windows. Everything looks so nice. I would highly recommend Energy One. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Energy One was great. We signed on to be a "Marketing Home," after an Energy One sales person came to our door. It is an unconventional sales tactic, and we were skeptical at first, however, the Energy One staff and sales team were responsive and answered every question we had. The installers came right on time, were professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. There were only a couple of small issues with the window themselves, and the team was quick to order replacements and get those installed. We saw an immediate decrease in our energy bill, and are very happy with the work and the product.

Excellent product at a very good price. They were on date/time and performed the installation of all the windows in our two story house in one day. The crew was professional and courteous and did excellent work. Supervisors were on site most of the day and when the job was complete the company's installation manager went over everything with us about the windows, operation, care, etc. before payment was made. There were two minors issues with two of the windows that are being taken care of in a timely manner.

They are one of the best companies that I had hired to do work for me. The sales people explained the windows, doors and the prices to me and they answered all my questions. The workers were on time, very professional, neat and clean. These men knew exactly what they were supposed to do and went to work immediately. They cleaned up everything before they left. Did an excellent job! The windows are a great improvement to the looks of the house and easy to work. The windows and doors have saved me on my electric bill ( I did a comparison of last May's temperature to this May's temperatures and found out this year was hotter than last year's and my electric bill was less this year by quite a bit. Also, I noticed a big reduction in the dust in my house, which helps because I suffer with allergies and asthma. I am very happy with my windows and doors and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, my neighbor came over and told me how impressed he was on how my house looked and what great work the workers did in cleaning up everything and how fast they completed the job in 6 hours.

Excellent. They completed the job in 1 day, 6 and 1/2 hours to be precise, even though they were scheduled to take 2 days. They came prepared and ready to start. There was rain before they started, so they put down plastic sheeting to keep the carpet dry. Very organized with keeping the work moving along. All questions were answered by the knowledgeable installers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the time the sales rep, John, was here for his appointment all the way through to the walk through with the installation manager, the process ran very smoothly. We had a great sales appointment that gave history on the company and what sets product out from others. The price was very competitive. Nick was out a few days later to measure all the windows. Very quick appointment and very friendly! Once the windows were custom built, they called to set an appointment based upon our schedule. We chose to wait until after the holiday chaos and had them installed in January. The crew was to show up between 7:30 - 8:30 and a crew of four men were here by 7:40 that morning. They worked so professionally and were very polite. They didn't leave a mess of any sort and were done with my install by 11:30 that morning.Our Installation Manager, Jeff, was by that evening to do a walk through before taking the final payment arrangements. Went over our additional details and tax rebate - yeah!! By the evening, I had all my blinds hung back up and the windows looked amazing. We noticed immediately that evening that the car traffic on the street was quieter and that evening we could tell the house was much warmer as we haven't run the heat since. The windows have made a huge difference in a short time and I cannot wait to see the lower electric bills. Even the little boys on the bus noticed the windows were done that afternoon when they got off the bus and commented to my son! The entire process was handled very professionally and no issues with them at all. Everyone we worked with, including the girls in the office that did the scheduling, were very wonderful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace the windows and sliding glass doors. They were the best and thanks for an amazing improvement to our home.

The work was completed quickly and professionally. The new windows exceed our expectations, they are attractive, sound barriers, and well insulated. The salesman was knowledgeable and here to give information not push a sale. The installers were efficient, courteous, and took the time to clean the work area and wash the windows.

They did a great job in all aspects of the installation. Our home is 21 years old and the windows really needed upgrading/updating. It began with an in-home review of their product and initial measurement of our windows. A few days later, the head of the installation came to re-measure the windows. They communicated with us effectively and were flexible on our scheduling needs. The installers were very professional and sensitive to keeping things as clean as possible throughout the installation process. They completed the installation in about 6 hours. The windows are attractive and certainly make a difference to the heat (we installed them in December, so we haven't gone through a summer yet) that stays in the home. Our central heating system has barely needed to be used this winter. Their follow-up has been professional and effective. I would HIGHLY recommend Energy One if you are looking to invest in new windows for your home.

The entire process of picking windows, installation, and follow up was enjoyable. To start off, the salesman, James, was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all the questions to my satisfaction. The installers arrived ontime. They were curteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Thick sheets were placed on the floor to prevent any damage to the floor. The installation was completely extremely quickly, a team of 6 installers finished the entire house ( 12 windows and 2 sliding door) in half a day. At the end of the job, they hauled away the old frames, vacuumed any debris, and wiped down all the windows. I noticed that one of the bug screens was damage, they were able to fix it quickly. After the windows and sliding doors were installed, the installation manager, Jeffrey, went over window maintenance, warranty information, and tax credit forms. One issue I did encounter was one of the windows had incorrect size, Energy One worked hard to find a replacement in the warehouse, and when one wasn’t available, they quickly placed an order with the manufacturer, so that I can get that window installed when it arrives. Overall, I’m happy with the quality/warranty of the windows, the speed of the installation, and the various peopled I have talked to in order to get my windows. I would definitely look to them for future work.

From start to finish, this is by far the best experience we have had with having work done in our home.  James, our sales guy, was very professional and direct, but not too pushy, very nice young man.  Nick and Jeff were here to measure and Jeff back to check on things as the windows were being installed.  Both were kind and helpful with all questions.  The installation guys, Ken, Andrew, TJ and Andy were prompt, professional, and really nice guys.  All my silly questions were answered promptly. I could not have been happier.  Every person involved was courteous, always on time, and kept me completely in the loop.  And every thing they told me was true.  Once  the job was done, I am amazed at how much it has improved the look of our home.  The windows are beautiful, and we can already tell a difference in their efficiency.  We can actually sleep better because the windows seal out the noise from Pecos Road.  We would recommend them to anyone.

I can't believe what a difference new windows make in the appearance of our home! We've recently had 11 windows replaced. We will have to wait until next summer to see the impact on our energy bill, but they certainly look great! We decided to go with Energy One after having had multiple other companies give us quotes. Energy One windows are very comparable in appearance and function to other top of the line window companies but at an affordable price. Energy One also gave us the option to perform part of the work now and complete the rest of our home with a 2 year price guarantee. This enabled us to spread out the financial impact without worry that the price will go up when we are ready to finish the work. The sales and office staff were very helpful and accommodating for some changes we requested. The install team was on time (actually early), very friendly and did a great job. Because of the curve on some of the windows, the inside trim did not lay flat; they removed it and redid it to ensure it was done properly and to our satisfaction. The install manager was onsite to ensure we were happy with the new windows and their installation. Can't wait to get the rest of the house done. Definitely would recommend Energy One Windows!

The installers showed up on time (even a little early), were very courteous and professional. They quoted me two days to complete the work and met that goal without an issuer. The windows are as nice as promised and going from single to double pane glass has dropped my monthly electric bill down considerably. Aside from the initial installation, there was a follow up visit from a painter that came and color matched the caulking material to my house (and in the process he touched up a few spots on my house -- thanks!). We also had a followup inspection by another guy from Energy One after the installation had completed. Everything that was promised was met. I have already given out their business cards to several of my coworkers and friends.

Sales pitch was one on one; very professional and knowledgeable.  Good benchmarking statistics and thorough analysis of benefits of making the investment into new windows.  Multiple options for payment and / or financing. 

Technicians carefully measured each window they were going to replace.  Ordered windows according to specs, including standard and custom-sized fits.

Installers arrived on time with all correct materials.  Explained the process and before beginning, remeasured the windows.  Performed a 2 day job in one day.  Very informative, professional and neat.  Work areas were left as clean as when they arrived.  Before leaving, they reviewed the operation of the windows, and made sure we were satisfied before they left.

Follow up by Installation Manager the next day was complete and thorough.  Reviewed contract, operation of windows, and terms of sale.  During inspection, installers found a piece of weather stripping that wasn't properly fitted, so they scheduled a replacement window pane.  When manager arrived the next day, he'd already been briefed on the issue and replacement process was in motion.

New windows are a noticeable improvement to our residence; we've already received two inquiries from neighbors about the company product and service.  We are very pleased.

The original contact resulted in a second visit where I signed up for the installation of the windows.  A vacancy occurred and so the crew came right on the specified time and they went to work.  It started to rain, but they continued to work where they could.  The installation process was incredible.  They had obviously done this a lot of times.  The calking, foam filling, and plastic overlay around the window was very well done.  The windows are especially beautiful and change the look of the house.  We will know sometime soon whether there is a reduction in the loss of energy and a lowering of the cooling costs.  I would recommend this company, these windows and this service as we are extremely happy with the outcome thus far.

When Energy one came to our home to install our new windows, the installation team was great. Even though it was the middle of the summer, they were out there working hard to make sure our new windows looked good. They worked quickly and efficiently and were nice to answer all the questions we had. As soon as the work was done, I could not believe the difference that it made to the look of our home. The house looked 25 years younger. Several neighbors commented on how great the house looked. Inside I could definitely tell a difference. Our home was brighter and more light was coming in. We did not have to have the sunscreens any more on the house. It is so nice to look out the window and not try to look through those thick sunscreens anymore. Besides the light, we have some great functioning windows. I love that I can open either side of the slider windows and move the screen to whichever side I want. I love that I can open the windows and tilt them in so I can clean them. The windows slide open and closed effortlessly. I can even tell that my house is less dusty then it was. After the installation, they even have a team that comes out and paints the caulking around the windows with paint to match your house. I appreciate the care this company took to install these great windows.

Energy One was very good to work with throughout the entire process. Windows were measured and manufactured specifically for my home (I went with double-pane, but got an extra layer of coating for the west-facing windows). Expectations were that the windows would take 5-6 weeks to make, but they were ready for installation in just over 3 weeks. Installation of all windows was completed in one day - the installers were very professional, worked on a single room at a time to minimize impact to the household, and cleaned up as they went. They even came back once the caulking was dry to touch up the exterior paint. Best part was the IMMEDIATE impact to the comfort level in the home - it was MUCH cooler near the windows in every room, and the windows look terrific. Highly recommend this company!

Energy One arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked carefully and professionally. They cleaned up any messes they made and hauled away the old windows. They were kind and thoughtful and easy to work with. 

Our new new windows have made a tremendous difference in our house. It is cooler in the house and there is a lot less dust. We have a few windows that are high and uncovered, letting in the morning sun. Our living room was very hot in the morning with our old windows but now it is cool and bright in our living room. 

A painter came came afterward and painted around the new windows and fixed any nicks in the window sills. They were also very professional, easy to work with and did a detailed and fabulous job.

   We had our replacement windows installed just last week and thus far we are delighted with the result. We chose the "Millennium" level windows and love them!. Our old windows were 20 years old and single glass where as these are triple, high efficiency insulated glass replacements. I can't explain all of the benefits to having these windows installed, but not only will the efficiency of our heating and cooling increase, these windows are strong (almost indestructible) adding security to our home, as well as looking fantastic both inside and out!. The company offered several color frames and we chose the white window framing to accent the soft desert color of our home and this was the right choice.  The end result looked great and  we have never seen windows that were so beautiful, yet tough, durable, well made and efficient. An added benefit was the way the windows eliminated much of the outside noise. We look forward to less dust in out home, lower heating and cooling bills as well as a much quite and beautiful enviorment in our home.

  The purchase process was easy, no high pressure sales pitches, and the company representative was right on time, looked and acted in a friendly professional manner. He was up front and honest giving us all facts about the quality of the company's product, how it compared to competitors products (quality & price), options, cost to us, as well as cost savings over the years from the added efficiency of the new windows.  We chose to pay cash, but there were several other options available to us when purchasing. He demonstrated the strength of the windows with an entire full size window sample that was brought to us. This entire process was clear, informative, concise and done right in the comfort of our home. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns without hesitation and made the decision easy for us.  The representative only collected 10% of the cost upfront with the remaining balance paid after the final inspection and only after our complete satisfaction. 

  On the day of the installation the crew (six of them!) were right on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and finished all 30 windows in just a work day and a half!. The old windows were removed without a lot of noise or damage and were to be donated to a local charity that builds home for the less fortunate. There was very little dust and mess, and even that was cleaned up by the crew who left the place entirerly clean. The end result was 30 new environmentally efficient beautiful windows that look great and will undoubtitly add to the value of our home. The very next day a company representative called us  to see if we were satisfied with the product and the installation. Then within a few days he arrived to visually check the finished product. I was given his direct line, as well as the phone number for the leader of the installation crew to contact if we had any problems at all with the new windows. He also arranged for a painter (who called me the very next day) to touch up the few areas outside stucco around the windows that needed to be painted, which was included in the original cost. The same day that the windows were installed we had neighbors coming over and commenting on how nice the new windows looked and inquiring about replacing their own windows. The end result is that we love our new windows!

  We were planning to have the windows replaced for some time but the cost was prohibitive, this is  a major job. Further, depending upon your particular area, there are some energy "rebates" and Tax deductions available to you to defray some of the cost.  

  In summary the process to purchase the windows was easy, the installation was done professionally and was completed on time. The final product was beautiful and will surely add to the efficentcy and lower the cost of our heating and cooling.  Further we are confident that these windows will also add to both the beauty and to the value of our home.  We highly and uneqivitally recommend Energy One to anyone wanting to replace their windows. Just do the research and check them out as to compared to other companies and we are sure that you will agree.

We are knee-deep into renovating a ranch from the late 1970s.  The heat coming in through the bedroom windows on the East side of the house was ridiculous.  We knew we needed to have new windows installed throughout the house and were not looking forward to the cost.  A rep from Energy One was in our neighborhood, so we set up a time to have him show us the product and go over pricing.  Everything looked and sounded good and the pricing was way better than we had expected, so we decided, with fingers crossed, that we would move forward with the window installation throughout our entire home.  We also asked them to replace an exterior door at the back of our house.  
The day of installation could not have gone any smoother.  We received a call a few days ahead to let us know when they would arrive.  The workers arrived on time, and quickly got to work.  The process was a lot quicker and cleaner than I thought it would be!  Everyone was very professional and the windows look great!  We had a follow-up for some stucco repair (we had a huge atrium window that needed cut out) and then shortly afterwards, painters came and cleaned up all of the edges where the windows were installed. 
Now that we are all finished, I have to say, the windows are great!  We chose triple paned windows for the East side of our house and they are making a tremendous difference in the temperature and air conditioning efficiency in our home.  Everyone that we worked with was always on-time and extremely professional and we now have high quality windows to start another hot Arizona summer!  I would highly recommend Energy One!

Everything about our experience with Energy One was really top notch. The salesman who came out and showed us all of the options and set up our financing was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (even as our two small boys ran around at bedtime). He was not at all pushy- he really just presented the features of the product, and it was tough to argue with the energy savings and increased home value. He did a preliminary measurement that evening, but within a couple of days the official measurement was made and the windows were ordered!
The windows came in the time that was quoted, and they set up an appointment for install immediately. The install team was really great- they even humored my very curious sons who asked them countless questions and followed them around. It did take them a bit longer to install than they originally predicted, but we had some very old windows that were apparently pretty tricky to remove, and it was a very hot day. The head installer apologized profusely for the extra time it took and insisted he just wanted to make sure they did the very best job they could. They were great about cleaning up after themselves and walked me through all the features of our new windows. They also followed up the next day to ensure that everything about our experience was pleasant. We are truly so happy with our new Windows- immediately after install we experienced record breaking heat, and we've been amazed at how much cooler our house has been. I can't wait to see our next energy bill!
