Great as usual. On annual service contract. Always punctual and professional. And most importantly honest. Have been a customer for 5 years.

I'd be real careful before hiring these folks, if you want to be confident in the quality of an installation or that you are being given good information in diagnosing an issue.

I just bought a house and found out the heat pump has not been serviced in 2 years.
The service tech was on time and very professional. He walked me through the work he was going to do. As I asked him questions along the way, he was more than happy to answer them. The initial work included cleaning both outside and inside coils, flushed the drip pan drain line, and check the system to make sure it was running within the manufacturer's specifications.
He did find a problem and was able to take care of right a way. I am glad because it could lead to a motor failure if not address.  
I went ahead and signed up for the yearly maintenance service and pay make payments every month. The cost above was for the part replacement. The yearly agreement was the same cost as the one time service, $199...now I get two trips.

I really like their service people. So whenever somebody comes out they are thorough, they explain things. They spend time going through things with me. They give me good advice. So those are the things I like about them. I think they hire good service people. I think they are an A company. I think they are a good company. Their pricing is high. I mean I think it's high. But I think it's worth it. Ultimately so I wouldn't say that if I didn't have a lot of the money to spend I'm not sure I would've gone with this company because I do. I would have made it a priority. It's really important in this area to have good air conditioning.

I had used to Empire Plumbing and air Conditioning for a number of years and all of their services were outstanding. However, on one recent occasion a rather serious mistake was made by two of their technicians while adding a new plenum to improve the overall airflow throughout our home. To make a long story short, when I called the owner of the company and told him what happened he took immediate action to have the error remedied. This included the cost of hiring an outside consultant. You can't expect everything a company does to go right 100% of the time. We all make mistakes. For that reason, you want to hire a company who will step up to the plate when things go wrong. Empire Plumbing and Air Conditioning is that type of company. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Plumber arrived quickly, explained exactly what options we had and repaired the pipe very quickly. We were in the middle of moving, so time was critical. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable.

Appointment time was made, called 30 minutes before arriving. All work down quickly and accurately. No surprises. Clean up after work. I have used many time before and have a service agreement with Empire.

Empire came and gave quote and did outstanding job onsite.  Professional, courteous, answered questions, provided accurate time estimates, worked with my schedule.  I would highly recommend them for this type of work.  

They arrived each day on time.  They informed me when they were breaking for lunch and when they would be back.  They made sure the cats stayed in the house.  

They offered very candidate assessments with regard to other plumbing work required.  When it was not necessary to do work, they stated that to be the case.  

They gave me credit for being onsite with regard to additional work I asked them to perform, such as replacing a faucet.  

Very honest and trustworthy.

Tech only inspected the outside unit. Did not inspect anything inside the house. Tech was more interested in selling additional services and equipment.

They were awesome.  They were very professional.  It was somewhere between $3000 and $4000.  I liked the email invoices.  They were prompt.  They immediately gave me a bid via email and immediately started the work after approval and then they gave me all the invoices electronically.  I am a landlord of that place, I actually was not there, so the woman who lives there said that it went fine, she didn’t say anything either way, so there were no complaints.  I had shopped around and they were the best price.

Went great! showed up 25 minutes after I called.

Work was accomplished with professional attitude. Have used this service for a number of years, with the same results.

It went very smooth.   Just as it did when Dean installed my system.  He works very professionally and is very considerate when coming in the house as to put his little bootie socks on.

When I called Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning and described the nature of my problem I was told that someone would be at my home within the next 60 to 90 minutes. Just about an hour latter a plumber from Empire showed up. The subject was dressed in a uniform shirt identifying him by name and company. His clothing was clean and before entering our home he covered his street shoes with "booties" so as to not track up our floors. After identifying the location of the clog the plumber explained how the clog could be opened and what it would cost. After I signed the estimate the plumber brought in all of the tools required to do the work. It should be noted that before he began the work he covered the space under the sink and the floor in front of the sink with a tarp. After the plumber opened the clog he told me that the pipes running from our sink to the outside we're coated in slug. We have been in our home a little over 15 years so I wasn't surprised. He recommended a service that would thoroughly clean the insides of the pipes so that the would be subject to more clogs.
I made the decision to have the additional service provided. It was nice that the cost of opening the clog was zeroed out. We only had to pay for the cleaning service.

I have used Empire Plumbing and Air Conditioning several times in the past. I have found all of their employees to be tops in their fields. I will continue to use them and have referred my friends to Empire in the past.

They were very good and I now have a service contract with them. It didn't cost me anything because my unit was under warranty and I have a contract with them. I like the fact that they do both A/C and plumbing which is big with me. They've been out probably five or six times since I bought the package from them. They come out twice a year to service the A/C unit and they don't charge anything for that. It's a good service for us. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it.

I was very pleased with how professional the workers were. They also explained in easy to understand terms how to use the new unit. They also cleaned up after they were finished.

My son and daughter in law rent from us, I asked her what she thought about the service, and she said she would use them again.  They did give me a ten percent discount, it would have been $227 and I paid $216, because we were on Angie’s List.  The valve had exploded so they had to turn the water off and I called them at eight O’clock and he gave us a window of ten to two.  He said he would ask the technician to make it, as close to ten if they can and they did, they were there at about ten O’clock and they fixed it.  I chose them by the reviews I saw they had on Angie’s List, and I think they had all A’s, so that was a plus.  The guy that spoke to me over the phone was super friendly and was just very, very nice and that was a real plus for me too, that they had a good attitude.  We didn’t shop around so I don’t have a clue about how they would compare in pricing.

They were professional, and courteous. They are pretty much the only company I call when I have HVAC issues. I have used them for other things in the past. I would recommend them to others.
