They are excellent

It was more expensive than most but I felt like they did an especially good job.

Everything was great, the carpet and furniture is clean and fresh. Frank and Martin were very professional, knowledgeable and took great care in doing the job right. They used a natural cleaner that didn't irritate my allergies which I appreciate. They removed all the stains. I tried a different company the year but now I'll use EcoClean for the future.

They did a great job.  They were prompt.  Two people came to do the work and it took about 3 1/2 hours.  Their price is a little high but it is worth it and they are environmentally friendly.

My review is almost same as submitted before because I am always satisfied: I've been having Eco Clean clean my carpet for almost 17 years and will continue to do so. The service is EXCELLENT. Appointment times are flexible and meet my schedule. Technicians are always prompt (I request Frank and Martin). They take care not to scuff walls, pre-treat spotted and heavy dirt areas with natural, non-toxic solutions and work to ensure carpet is clean. They use a steam heat process that ensure no detergents are left in the carpet which is great for longevity of carpet and keeping them cleaner longer since there is no detergent to attract dirt, and is healthy for our family. The cost is slightly more than other carpet cleaning companies, but is well worth it because of the natural cleaners, process they use and commitment to excellence. My carpet always looks nearly new when Frank and Martin are finished.

I used this company twice.  The company speaks to a Eco Friendly cleaning process.  They seemingly had great machines and are very good with steam cleaning hardwood floors.  However, the second time i used the machine on my carpets they left big swirl marks on the carpet.  The swirl marks took months to disappear.  I cannot explain what happened in a technical manner but feel what did happen was the technician used to much pressure and "chewed" up the carpet.  My carpets probably were "over cleaned".  They got all the stains out and recommended the right way to treat future stains and properly hand mop my floors. But overall I was upset with the swirl marks on my carpet.  I felt like they were damaged.  I would not recommend them unless they have a gentler touch to their process. It was also about a year ago that I last used them. When I called, I spoke to the owner and he announced he as just starting his business.  Maybe he has gotten better since i used them.

The carpets always dry quickly. Its great if you have allergies. I've been using for over 10 years. The are so nice and friendly! They are terrific people.

Excellent. We have been using EcoClean since 2001 and the team has always done an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They take longer than other carpet cleaners we've used and cost a bit more, but, our carpet is always clean and stays clean because there is no residue left behind to continue to attract dirt. Would not trust carpet cleaning to any other company!

They did an excellent job. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. The furniture looks new- excellent!

EcoClean came to my house to clean our slate floors. We have been undergoing major renovation and there has been a lot of dust. I hired them to come and clean the white plaster dust out of the grout and low spots in the grout. It needed to be brushed out by hand, but the guy who did the work was not at all detail oriented. I had to follow him around and point out spots that he had missed. They also used a special vacuum to clean our wood floors, and many corners were left with dust and dirt. I complained to the owner, who was responsive. Unfortunately, he is not the one who does the work. I always like to try environmentally sound companies first, but this one was a bust. I will move on to find someone else.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THEY WERE CAREFUL IN MOVING FURNITURE & OTHER ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE MOVED. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS.
