The pump failed after only 8 months. I requested warranty replacement and the company indicated that they would replace the pump. Eco-pure claimed that the manufacturer authorized them to replace the high efficiency whisperflo pump with a different pump. I questioned this response but never received an adequate explanation. An Eco-pure representative then entered my property without authorization and replaced the broken whisperflo pump motor with a different brand motor. I have since made contact with the manufacturer of the whisperflo pump and they resolved the problem. I have not heard from Eco-pure again.

The pool service has not been adequate. The pool is not completely swept and checked at each visit. The company has not visited the home on a weekly basis. In addition, the company raised their prices without notice and billed my credit card for the price increase without approval. They also billed misc. charges to my account without notice. These charges added $61 to the bill. I have contacted the company to discuss my concerns and they have not returned my phone calls.
