Two rooms in my newly purchased home had plantation shutters that wouldn't stay open, with broken slats and were in overall poor condition. Two other rooms had honeycomb shades that were colors that clashed with our new color schemes. A friend recommended Eclipse Window Coverings to me. I called and spoke to Matt. He worked with my busy schedule and was able to come to my home just two days later! He came with samples and recommended some colors to me that I was very grateful for; he's got a good eye for decor and prevented me from choosing the wrong color. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, and quoted me a price that was surprisingly inexpensive compared to some of the others I spoke to. He told me it would take 6 weeks for all my treatments to be done (they were all custom). I had the plantation shutters in the living room and master bedroom done, as well as honeycomb shades in a bedroom and bathroom. It was just after 5 weeks that I got a call from him to schedule an install date. We scheduled an install date and an arrival window. He came on a Sunday and did the install, which was great so I didn't have to take off work. I was REALLY impressed at that. He texted me with an ETA which was well within the timeframe we had previously discussed, which helped a lot so I knew when to put the dog outside. He and another guy John came to install. Both worked together very well, and were professional yet courteous and friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing; demolition and re-install didn't take very long at all and I'm elated with the results. I highly recommend Eclipse Window Coverings to anyone who wants good window treatments at a great price.
