I have had inconsistent service. Sometimes I get a prompt response, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get a statement in my email or a notification of direct deposit, and sometimes I don't. I am currently between tenants and we are moving at a glacial pace to get new tenants in the home. The home has been vacant for eight days and the walk through is not complete. Perspective tenants (who I found through mutual friends) have not had phone calls returned for days. The only reason I continue to use this company is because I live out of state and it is a hassle to find someone else.
