Don't recall the tech's name. Was professional and took care of everything. We agreed for 14 locks to be re-keyed and 8 keys. I could not find the key for one lock. The tech gave me options to help save money when we found the key or replaced the lock. I found the key and that was also re-keyed. I also asked how much more if we add additional 2 keys for 10 total. He made the keys and didn't change us more. also on the security door the locks were not installed and he took care of that also. A very pleasent surprise. I will use them again.

Eagle Locksmith did an excellent job. I had a very old lock that they were able to fix and I really appreciated their good service and they were very professional as well. I liked that they didn't sell me a new lock. They guy was actually quite fascinated by the older lock that I had and he took pride in fixing it. They were prompt, reliable and fixed my problem and it was pleasant to have them in my house.

My problem was simple and straightforward, I was locked out of my home. The locksmith came promptly as agreed on the telephone. He was sensitive to my embarrassment with the situation and professional throughout our interactions. The actual task of unlocking the door took less than 10 seconds.

I had purchased a preowned car and it came with only one key and I lost it. I called Eagle Locksmith and though they didn't have my particular key in stock I only had to wait a couple of days. The key they were replacing had the ability to open/close the doors, panic button and trunk open option. In other words it wasn't just a key. Anyway, it was great service and a great experience!

My wife and I went for a walk, but forgot to bring our keys with us. So when we got home we had no way to unlock our front door. I had my phone with me so I looked up locksmiths in our area on Angie's List. Within 15 to 20 minutes of my call for service ourfront door was unlocked by the service person from Eagle Locksmith.

They actually made the key. I don't remember that much about them. Their staff was friendly. They were quick to get the key made. I would use them again in the future.

Kreg - my knight in shining armour
My deadbolt on my security door would not unlock - the key would go in and turn but would not unlock - I had come home late at night one Saturday and tried for an hour and it would not open - I called a friend and they suggested I try WD40 in the lock - got some WD40 and sprayed it in and tried some more to open - no luck - so I went over to a friends and spent the night. The next morning (Sunday) I drove over the my house and again tried for ten mins but the lock would not budge. I called Eagle Locksmith and they said it would cost between $65.00-$135.00 and that they would be out in 30-45mins (remember, it is a Sunday morning) and that the technician would call to tell me when he was on the way. True to their word Kreg called (well within the 45mins) and told me he was 5 mins out. Kreg arrived, introduced himself and asked for my key. He put the key in - turned it and it opened!!!!! He said that the WD might have cleaned the lock a bit to make it work - he explained that here in Phoenix with all the dust storms etc locks need to be cleaned/lubricated about every six months. (I have lived at my house for 6 years and never cleaned the locks). I asked him what the charge was and he said - no charge - I was expecting at least a service call fee. He also lubricated the lock and made sure that it was working smoothly before he left. I could not have had a nicer experience all the way around. Not only will I call Eagle Lcoksmith for any future issues but will tell everyone I know about this wonderful company.

After a visit to the Vet with my dog, I let him into my car and shut the door, without realizing that I had dropped my car keys inside the car while situating my pet. As designed, the car locked itself before I had a chance to open the driver side door, effectively locking me out and the dog in. I was frantic for my dog because the car's interior temperature was very warm having been parked in the sun for an hour while we were at the vet exam. I could see my dog start panting heavily and my first concern was for his health and safety. I immediately searched the web on my PDA for a locksmith and randomly selected Eagle Locksmith. I called them, explaining my situation and that my pet was at risk from heat stroke or worse, and they immediately dispatched a locksmith to my location to help. Their response time was excellent (arrived within 10 minutes of my call) and the locksmith was courteous and fast-acting to get my car door opened within 5 minutes of his arrival. The work done to open the driver door was professional and left no damage to the paint or to the locking/latching mechanisms on my car; in fact, you would never know I had to have my door forced open. I was a little unhappy about the $70 cost, but also realize and understand emergency calls warrant higher fees and was glad to pay it for the safety of my pet. I was very impressed with the technician and the service he performed, and would definitely use them again for future locksmith needs.
