The SINGLE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! Thorough, patient, professional. Excellent workmanship. The highest marks I've EVER given a company. Peter is the best. Will bend over backwards to help! Will handle dealing with insurance companies, towing arrangements, assisting with setting up rentals. Referrals to do other work etc. I'll tell EVERYONE about Dynasty! Treat everyone as if they are their only customer. You are in excellent hands with Dynast Collision!

With this being my first accident I wasn't sure what to expect but Dynasty went above and beyond for my wife and myself and worked directly with my insurance making it a super easy process!! They finished 3 days before the scheduled due date.

It went really well! I was referred to Dynasty Collision by a friend who said this company took care of their deductible and most importantly was really happy with their work. So after doing a little research I decided to give my car to Dynasty. I was updated throughout the process so it made me feel very comfortable.. After about 2.5 weeks they had finished my car and when I picked it up I almost didn't recognize it! They had detailed my entire car in and out! Thanks Troy

I honestly couldn't be happier. I came in and was greeted by Zach who sat me down and set my expectations, so I wasn't expecting my car back for about 3 weeks but to my surprise I got it back after only two weeks!! It looked better then before and they were able to help me with $300 of $500 of my deductible! You gained a customer for life!

If possible, I would give 0 stars. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. They have awful service, do awful work, and are just terrible people. After the third time having to take it back, my husband waited over a week and then tried calling for an update. He was not upset. Just wanted an update. He called the manager, the office, and the owner a bunch of times. No answer. Finally i called on my phone (that we had not called them on previously), and got an immediate pickup at the office. They were dodging his calls. At that point my husband was upset. No legit, honest, or ethical company would dodge the calls of a customer whose car they have in their possession. Peter and Joe gave us the run around on our car for 2 months. They would tell us it was ready only to have them say it wasn't moments later. We had to take it back 3 times because they did not do the work right. Airbag was not fixed, Exhaust crooked, rear end crooked, and paint falling off the bumper. I would have understood it taking 2 months if they were being honest with us about the progress of the car and doing the work right the first time. Joe is the absolute worst. He constantly is lying about the entire project. Stated he saw the guys fix things that were clearly not fixed. Joe then lied to his boss Peter and told him we had said not to do wet sand or primer. WHY WOULD WE DO THAT??? Especially when insurance is paying for it. Plus we don't work on cars so how would we have even known that was a thing? In the end we recorded calls, and demanded letters of liability on EVERYTHING they touched. We will be contacting our insurance and a lawyer. Basically, run. Go anywhere else.

Do NOT and I repeat do NOT bring your vehicle to Dynasty collision!!! I took in my 07 Acura RDX for repairs after I was hit.. the insurance company said the repairs should take 20 days.. Dynasty had my car for more than a month a half the first time.. I went to pick up my car and didn't look it over that close there so when I got home I inspected it better.. I noticed not only that it had over spray all over it but the didn't replace parts that the insurance company paid them for.. for example.. tire, refurbish rim, driving/fog light... I then took it back and they had it another week.. they replaced and fixed things that were not fixed before but it still has over spray and I also noticed part of the front clip that was replaced is now sticking out.. the owner of the shop(Peter) contacted me and asked what he could do to make it right.. I asked that he replace the piece of front grill that was over-sprayed bad and replaced the other fog/driving light that had overspray on the outside and yes inside also fix front clip that was still coming off and remove more overspray all over. So I took it back once again and he did replace said light and grill but did nothing about all the overspray and the front clip was worse than before.. I then contacted Peter(owner) and voiced my disappointment. At this point I have lost hours of work and would have to take off another day to get this fixed as I was leaving the next day to drive to Colorado also this being the 3 rd time and was a major inconvenience so I asked for a rebate or a discount on the work.. I suggested 800 as losing 2 days of work is almost 600 already I did mention that it would make up for the pure lack of competence and professionalism and I wouldn't take it further as to insurance or reviews. So I took off a day and left my car AGAIN, they said it was done and I looked it over quick as I was leaving for Colorado the next day.. lI was to leave early in the morning and when I did I noticed they had pulled the fog/driving light out they replaced because of their overspray inside and outside of light and put old one back in.. yes you read that right.. pulled new one out and put old one back in.. I was ******.. Peter(Owner) said it was because I tried to blackmail him.. I said I didn't blackmail anyone I made a point to ask for some consideration for the lost work and inconvenience of car not being done right after 4 times of being at shop and a total of 2 months and the consideration I get was them taking a light out.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CHOP SHOP!!!!
