 + -1 moreMR. JORALMON DID AN EXCELLENT ON THE HOME INSPECTION. HE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTION. HE GAVE US A DETAILED REPORT BY AREA AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EACH AREA TO US. IN ADDITION, HE INCLUDED A PAGE OF SMALL, MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF. HE WAS ON THE JOB THE NEXT DAY AND AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS. AN EXCELLENT INSPECTOR.
Description of Work: INSPECTED A 900-SQUARE FOOT CONDO WE WISHED TO PURCHASE. CHECKED ALL APPLIANCES, PLUMBING, AIR CONDITIONER, ETC. ALSO DID A THOROUGH ROOF INSPECTION, INSPECTED DOORS, STRUCTURE, ETC. ALSO CHECKED HEATING, WATER HEATER, ELECTRICAL, ETC.
