Overall was fine. The positive points were that the inspector seemed to be open to questions and was available to answer questions by email even after the inspection. He also takes photos, gives a comprehensive report, both hard copy and online, available digitally. The not-so-good points were that the inspector seemed to be in a big hurry to finish the job. In fact, it was I who led him to one of the points of concern, a leak stain in this home. I feel that he learned of this by happenstance. In addition, the report he provides is a boilerplate template that he makes edits to in order to tailor it to the specific inspection job. There was a portion left in the report that pertained to a previous inspection job he did, and therefore was erroneous information on my report.
