Several delays, some weather related, some for unclear reasons; but we were kept mostly informed.

Flat roof was done for the entire roof but they failed to address the real reason of the leaky roof. They made the previous owner of the house to purchase expensive coating of the flat roof by making him believe that this will solve the leaky roof problem. The rel problem was the leaking from flashing area. I tranferred the warranty to my name as a new homeowner but when I called them about the leaky roof they stated that they did not repir flashing area.

Duane Forstie was very helpful, punctual and professional. We had to reschedule once due to unexpected rain, but everything worked out. Duane also came back after completion to inspect the roof since subsequent rain caused some white residue. Six months on, and everything is fine.

Great! They were prompt and thorough in estimating the costs, and the work was completed on time and at the estimated cost. The workers were friendly & helpful throughout the job. We had some questions and concerns about the completed job which they addressed to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them. This is our second experience with them and had a positive experience both times.

I'm very impressed with them. I investigated them. They did not have anything with the Registrar of Contractors. Everything that I looked at rated them well. They explained everything to me. I had a couple of others give me bids on the roof. They were a little bit higher, but they were more inclusive. When I told them that there was only so much that I could afford, they did go down on the price for me. I was going ahead and compromising quality. They've done an excellent job. They went ahead and did good prep. They went ahead and made sure that everything that could possibly be sprayed by the foam, because it's a foam process, was covered with plastic. They went out of their way to go ahead and adjust anything. The last time I had it done was 10 years ago and I was finding foam all over the yard. They cleaned up yesterday. They came to finish the job today and cleaned up. They clean up every time they have been here. I don't have anything to complain about. They went ahead and cleaned the entire roof surface, they removed any unused piping or anything up there that was unnecessary, they removed all of the foam blisters from the old area and they took out my scuppers, which are drainage and they redid them underneath. They basically go ahead and scrape over your old foam so that the new foam property adheres. They removed my air conditioner, went ahead and foamed underneath it and reset it on new redwood pieces, they applied the foam, they went ahead and filled in all my low areas so that drainage is proper to my gutters. They will apply two full coatings of elastomeric coating. They issued me a five year renewable warranty on all labor, materials and against leak. I get a free annual inspection, every year. It says, anything that is wrong they will redo it at their cost. They were honest about everything I could talk to them.

They responded very quickly and repaired the damage. I was very appreciative of their speedy response.

For roofing I used Durafoam. What stood out the most about their service is that they are just very, very thorough. It is a specialty coating that gets put on homes on roofs in Arizona and they did an excellent job. They kept the place clean and all of that. Overall I would grade them an 'A' plus if I could. The quality was definitely an 'A'.

The job was delayed due to the January frosts and rain but was completed quickly and cleanly once a date was given.   I inspected the roof two days after the re-coating was done and all the repairs I noted had been done and the coverage and color met my expectations.    I will use Durafoam again since the result was very professional.
