Tony does a good job with drywall and minor plumbing repairs, fixing faucets and toilets. He does not do well with doors: purchasing a door which opened on the wrong side, painting a door and then failing to replace the old insulation. Now light streams through the door perimeter. Also, clean-up is not included. Construction debris was left on my back patio. I swept up the mess. Looking for another handyman to complete a long list of repairs.

Dr Do replied promptly to my email and set up an appointment the same week. He put up 6 wall shelves and they were level and correctly installed. Today he returned and took down existing metal fencing (for my dog) that had rusted, and installed new. He showed up when he said he would and completed both jobs great!

Tony was not the least bit put off by the fact that my jobs were relatively small and few. I was so pleased with how he tackled the odd jobs I had, that I asked him to do some preventative maintenance. I should have asked his rate before he came so I would have been more prepared when it came time to pay. When he gave me his price, he asked if it was an ok amount. I probably could have negotiated with him, but was not willing to as his customer service/attitude were worth it to me. He worked non-stop for a little over 2 hours and completed numerous small tasks which we have put off for months. I will definitely call Tony in the future and will refer him to friends.

Wonderful. He explained everything he needed, including his cost and when he found something that wasn't right from the general contractor's previous work, he brought it to my attention which helped so much to get everything functioning well in the house. He is a great guy and we will now make him our permanent handyman and refer him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable handyman who does good and thorough work.

The work went fine. Arrived on time and had the brackets installed and firmly installed in less than an hour.

Tony did an excellent job. He arrived on time, actually a little early. This was not a simple project as he was drilling into a solid block wall. He installed two new brackets as one was already there and seems to be solidly mounted. The two new brackets were a little tricky but he was able to get them securely mounted. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Finding a good "Handyman" is not always easy but in this case I believe I made the right choice

We had some rotted wood on our fascia boards that made selling our home impossible (buyer had a VA loan with strict termite inspection requirements). With very little lead time, Tony from Dr. Do Property Maintenance was able to come out and replace the wood rotted fascia boards. He did his work in a professional workmanlike manner and I was very pleased with the results. He's friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for fast, capable, and friendly service.

Good upfront discussion about the projects and pricing. We bought materials and paid for labor. Following each project he asked if we were satisfied. He cleaned up each work area. He disposed the old fans we didn’t want.

This is the worst home improvement I’ve ever dealt with. I hired him in April when we first purchased an old mobile home in Mesa. My friend was going to paint the inside and he was going to tear out the carpeting.and install a microwave. Replace the tub with a shower, replace the toilet and vanity. He was also going to fix the back deck and put up a railing. My friend was here almost every day (she lives across the street). She met Tony and said he seems nice. She would come to paint but Tony hardly came. While she was painting the cabinets the fell apart, so I bought new ones. I asked Tony to give me a price for installing the cabinets and fix the flooring under the stove and washer and drier. When we finally came back to AZ. on September 3rd we were shocked. I called him and he came over to finish. Keep in mind he’s been working on this for 5 months. The floors in the closet weren’t finished the shower didn’t work. He fixed the shower and used tiny handles, that spun around. He said they were the newest thing. Later that evening I took a shower and the handles fell off and we had to get a pliers to turn off the water. The next morning we called a licensed plumber who said the shower was installed wrong. Because the trailer was over 40 years old he should have replaced the shower galvanized pipe with copper, install shower only valve, single handle shower only valve, and install new double sink waste line. This cost me $1,327.51. Now for the kitchen. He hung the cabinets wrong. Of course he said I ordered them wrong. Truth be told he didn’t follow the prints I sent him. Now I have big holes in the cabinets and they are still wrong. Not only did I pay him $6,400 he still hasn’t fixed the rest of the stuff like flooring under the stove and the stairs in the back. I must say the flooring and the toilet and vanity look ok. Then he said he should have charged me more. He never gave me back the keys, so here’s another added expense I have to pay for. I would never hire him and I am surprised you endorse him. I have pictures of all this.
