The inspections went extremely well from start to finish.  From the initial contact to schedule the appointment, to the inspection, to receiving the final report, to paying for services.  Each and every step was handled very professionally and timely.  Hire only experienced inspectors like Eric who provide great customer service and in return they earn repeat business (and referral).

ROGER CAME TO THE HOUSE BEFORE OUR BUILDER ISSUED US A KEY. HE WAS LET IN BY THE SELLING AGENTS AND CONDUCTED THE INSPECTION OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW HOURS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE RESULTS WITH US. HIS INPUT MADE THE FINAL WALK THROUGH A LOT LESS STRESSFUL AND THE BUILDERS WERE RIGHT ON TOP OF EVEN HIS LITTLEST FINDINGS.
