I left a voice mail for this service provider and my call was returned within 5 minutes by a very professional young man named Dave. He let me know right off the bat that they do not work on GE Profiles (my refrigerator name) however, he gave me a name and number of a service provider who could help me and that he trusted to do a good job. Dave also gave me a few helpful hints as to what information to have available for the service provider when I made contact. Thanks so much for the help, Dave, very much appreciated.

I find them very honest and reliable. The price is reasonable, and they are always on time. If they are not on time, they always will call before hand. Sometimes there will be an emergency, and they always give me plenty of heads up.

Water Heater Service
THIS TIME DON'S FIXED MY WATER HEATER VALVE, BUT THEY HAVE FIXED MANY SMALL APPLIANCES FOR ME OVER THE YEARS AND KEEP MY AIR CONDITIONERS RUNNING SMOOTHLY. I CALLED ONE DAY AND HAD A WORKING WATER HEATER THE NEXT. THIS FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS KNOWS THEIR STUFF. THEY CAN FIX JUST ABOUT ANYTHING AND ARE INCREDIBLY HONEST AND FAIR PRICED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
