DIVERSIFIED LAWN

Richard arrived on time for the estimate. The next day he and his crew showed up and began the process of repairing my neglected lawn. They needed 2 days to complete all the work and the yard looks great now. I will continue to use Diversified Lawn for my weekly lawn service.

Amazing. The house is being fixed up to sell. Richard made the lawn look so good, we wanted to move back in! We work about 25 miles away from the house so Richard moved his schedule around to meet us any time we could ask for - 7:30 in the morning, 5:30 at night (5:30 on a Friday night no less), even offered up his Saturday! The trees were in pretty bad shape, but he got them all taken care of for $500 (other quotes were for $700 and more). It seemed every time I met with him, I asked him to do something else, ''Could you also spray the weeds?'' or ''Do you know how to fix sprinkler systems?'' The man could do it all! He doesn't usually work in the Northwest Vally. Most of his work seems to be in Scottsdale, but he did the one-time job and gave us the name of a friend to do weekly maintenance to keep the yard looking good until the house sells! The one-time job cost him 7 trips as I kept adding on tasks, but his rates were always reasonable.

RELIABLE - COMES EVERY OTHER WEEK. WILL MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO TRIMMING, ETC... WHEN REQUESTED. VERY EFFICIENT AND TIMELY.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF MAINTAINING OUR LAWN. THE CREW IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND IS WILLING TO DO ANY EXTRA WORK WE REQUIRE. THEY TRIM TREES AND PALMS, AS WELL AS FERTILIZE AND OVERSEED, ON AN APPROPRIATE SCHEDULE. THEY DO DRIP IRRIGATION REPAIRS.
