We were looking for a moving company to move us from AZ to NV and based on Angie's List reviews we contacted 2 movers for estimates. Both estimates were very close in price, we selected Dircks who is a Mayflower Agent. We selected a move date during the week which is cheaper than week ends, and were immediately contacted by Sara our move coordinator. She was awesome sending us all the info we needed electronically and kept in constant contact with us on all the details-confirming everything. 2 days before our scheduled move I was personally contacted by our driver/loader, Murphy, and immediately felt confident things would go well based on the questions he asked and his knowledge. Murphy and his assistance showed up on time and their attention to detail was great! We packed ourselves except for our flat screen TV and they packed that. He asked us what move date was convenient and then gave us a date 5 days later which was the quickest time frame we had been quoted. This gave us time to clean up our home and attend to a few final details, as we still have our home in Scottsdale. Sara confirmed with us the date we agreed on for delivery as she had confirmed all other details of our move. Murphy did have a little trouble finding our home in Henderson, but showed up within a reasonable time frame. He and his NV assistant unloaded our belongings and my husband checked everything off the list based on the numbers given to each item when it was loaded. They were efficient, padded the doorway and covered the floors as we had requested. Everything arrived and all the wrapped furniture was inspected for damage before they left. Most of our furniture is new and we were very happy there was absolutely NO damage. We had bought zipped bug proof bags for our expensive foam mattress and they boxed them also. We could not have been more happy with our move and recommend Dircks without reservation. They provided the attention to detail we appreciate and were professional and efficient. It was a great move!

We packed the things and they provided the boxes for it. They then moved it. My experience with them was very positive. They really gave good advice. They were organized. They had correct number of people to do the work. They were flexible. Their workers were very positive and helpful. They did what we asked them to. They went out of the way to help us. We had some issues and they reduced the price. At the end they were reasonable with their price.

This process was smooth from beginning to end. Craig came out for the estimate, Rose followed each step of the way, Tim and Bob both loaded and unloaded the furniture. I was informed of time schedules regularly and they granted my request regarding date of delivery, even if it meant holding the furniture for an extra day. Tim and Bob were exceptionally pleasant throughout the process. They not only loaded and unloaded my furniture but they put several pieces together for me and they didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied with the job. If we need to do this again I would absolutely request the same team.

MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH ALL FURNITURE AND INCLUDING SOME HEAVY PIECES. THEY MADE THE MOVE AS EASY AS POSSIBLE AND FOR A FAIR PRICE.

DIRCKS MOVED MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS FROM FLORIDA TO ARIZONA WHEN I TRANSFERRED IN 2001. MY COMPANY PAID FOR THAT MOVE. I HIRED THEM ON MY OWN TO MOVE ME TO MY NEW HOME. THEY WERE COURTIOUS, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
