I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A FENCE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY NICE. HE REFERRED TO ME TO ANOTHER REPAIR SERVICE, BUT WAS PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE.
