They did repair at my site. They arrived on time and completed work in about 30-40 minutes. They seems to know what they were doing and the replacement went with out incident. This was several months ago and we have had no problems since.

At first we went over the service that I needed to confirm what was on John's notes. He also educated me on the material being used and why it was recommended more so than other competitors. It took just over one hour and I couldn't be more pleased. Even 3 weeks post installation and service, the tint looks great and I feel much cooler inside the car.
